I was at Macys last week and was leaving the store when i saw that an employee was trying to do her job and was telling a customer that they were closing. The store already announced it several times and it was 10 min after they had closed but this woman wasn't getting the hint. She then turnes to her kid, had the kid look at the employee and tells the kid that the employee is a racist. This kid is really young. Probably doesnt even know what a racist is but guarantee with a mother like her she hears it a lot. Idk in what world telling someone that the store is closing makes them a racist. I hope that woman reads this message because I want her to know she made a fool out of herself that night.
Some of these people that leave reviews are just plain crazy. Who complains about a store not having buggies to push your kids in? Everyone knows they have special carts and strollers in the middle of the mall for people with kids. Complaining on here over something as simple as that is ridiculous. You look like a Karen. Plus, the woman complaining that something is cheaper online than it is at the store. Duh! Thats common sense! Of course its cheaper. They had to pay for it to be shipped to a site and then pat people to put it out on the floor. When ordering online, you are bypassing all of that. They still have to ship it but you are the one paying for that and its not costing what it does to actually put it on a boat, plane or truck. Everyone wants to complain about prices but yet they keep voting for the same people who keep pushing those prices higher. People lack common sense and need to do a hard reset to get back to the days when everyone had it!
By the way. Macys is awesome and they have some...

Read moreI want to be very clear: I love shopping at Macy's, especially during their sale times. They stock a lot of nice clothing, and regularly have sales of 50% off or more. Amazing place to shop for hours with plenty of variety to look at.
HOWEVER, sizing, particularly men's sizing, is problematic. I've had two very important events that I have needed clothing for, and both times I purchased a large shirt or a shirt that was recommended for my measured neck/body size. Both times, the arms and neck were far too small. I wear large shirts, but the arm length from the clothing here is easily that of a small. Both shirts made it about halfway up my forearm, and the neck was NOT the correct size. I had to forego the tie for the evening because the top button was so tight that I couldn't even fit a finger in to adjust my neck, and I had to roll with the top button open.
Overall great store, but if you need dress clothing, buy a size above. I cannot vouch for women's clothing, but men's dress clothing is a pain...
