My first visit to the famous Olive Garden happened at this location a few weeks back. My brother and I picked this place to have dinner on a Wednesday night. There weren't many guests at the restaurant when we arrived. So, getting a table was quick. Placing an order through the order kiosk present on the table was very easy. I ordered a Fried Mozzarella and some Iced Tea. I decided to choose my next dish when I finished it. I was right with my decision because the seven pieces of golden-fried mozzarella cheese topped with Alfredo sauce filled me up. While I was still enjoying those bites, I kept relishing the breadsticks they served. To enjoy them even more, I added some Five Cheese Marinara to the order. For dessert, I requested for a Zeppoli. Those eight soft yummy doughnuts dusted with powdered sugar served with chocolate sauce and raspberry sauce for dipping made me struggle to finish it. They were very generous with the quantity of powdered sugar they offered along with the doughnuts. Even though I had only appetizers and dessert for my meal, I was happy with what I had. My brother's order consisted of a Shrimp Scampi Fritta, Chicken Piccata Salad, and a Tiramisu. He enjoyed his order as well. There are vegetarian and vegan options available on their menu. You can even customize most of the dishes according to your need. I liked their fast service, and Sammy, who took care of our table, did a great job. I have to appreciate the fact that they didn't try to rush us out when they were about to close. I'd love to visit Olive Garden restaurants in the future to try their famous pasta and...
Read moreWent to Olive Garden for the first time tonight. Ordered the Popeye Italiano. Smacked on some salad and delicious breadsticks while we waited for our food. When our waitress brought us our food I realized she gave me the chicken with broccoli Popeye. I realized it was an easy mistake so I just told our waitress. She apologized and told me she'd get that right out. Just a minute after that, the manager came over to our table, apologized and told me he'd take care of my dinner for me. About 5 minutes later, he came out and told me my food would be right out, and asked if I would like some dessert to go with my meal on him too. I said no I was fine and that I realized it was a mistake. Most managers would have went on when they realized the customer was satisfied, but not this guy. 2 minutes later he brings out a bag with my Italiano popeye, salad, and breadsticks, and apologizes again. Even with an order mix-up, it was a great experience. The restaurant was very clean, the food was delicious, and the service was the best I've ever had. Thumbs up for...
Read moreI gave 5 stars mainly because the management. This was the worst experience we've ever had here. The waitress was inattentive and the manager was the reason we had food at all. A table next to us, was seated after us and they had their drinks and salad before we ever got a drink. They had the 2nd salad before we even got to place our order. When she did bring us salad, my husband asked for cheese on the side, and she never returned with it. I had soup and asked for a refill and waited 20 minutes for it. 😪 My husband had problems with his dinner as well. Thankful for the manager, Lindsey, who took great care of us. We will go back but definitely don't want that waitress ever again. I understand that anyone can have a bad day but you still need to do your job. She (who I will not call by name)is not someone who should be in the hospitality business. The waiter who waited on the tables around us was prompt, courteous and on his game. I told my husband we need to request...
