I'm so torn on this review. I am an avid reviewer and always try to comment honestly and respectfully. Honestly, today if I could give -0 stars I would! My food there has always been very good and customer service awesome. The sweet young employees in there are always respectable and kind, always having a nice word or conversation for me as I an a local business owner. Today was the worst and none of that happened. I went to get my food as well as 4 other subs for employees and family and a woman named "Jenny" who had never made my order before began to make my sandwiches. She laid 4 of the sub rolls out at the same time and since it had been storming, there was several flies flying around her and our sub rolls and the opened containers of food. She began to shew them away with her hands as I saw many landing on our bread. I asked her politely not to shew them around and to put the other rolls away to avoid the flies and just make 1 at a time. She continued to leave them out, tried making 1 sub in front of me and kept swatting with her hands. I was terribly upset that she ignored my request to put the bread away and I also said, "Glad none of our subs included cucumber because you just swatted a fly in the container". She rolled her eyes at me and said, "It's been happening all day, not much I can do". Another employee that's made our food before came from the back room. I immediately gave her the eye and nodded at all my bread laying out. She quickly began making our food. I got home that night, ate half my sub only to look down and realize there was a dead fly mixed in my tuna sub. I've never been more grossed out in my life and had already felt disrespected by her and now this. I literally wanted to vomit and spent the next 2 hours wondering how many dead flies I'd most likely eaten. We eat there all the time but that's going to unfortunately have to stop. Read moreWorker made me a 31 Cheesy Garlic Steak, refused to put actual cheese on it and said they would charge extra for it, considering I've ordered this sub 20 plus times, worker had silver glasses pink shirt. She was trying to tell me I'm wrong when the picture behind her literally shows cheese sauce and cheese slices on the sandwich, not to mention the app allows you to pick the cheese sauce AND CHEESE SLICE. Pathetic service Not to mention the oven was off, hey if you're not closed that means you're still open so keep all components on until close. There is no reason to come in and have the oven off when customers can still place orders.
I would attach a picture of a prior orders showing that the app includes both items with no upcharge. After getting home and eating the sub, it really was disappointing the point of the cheese is to hold the meat together and this time the meat was falling out as I ate it due to the lack of cheese and ignorance of the worker has made this an experience which I will not be coming back and I'll let everyone know...
Read moreMy husband Went tonight to pick up an order that he had ordered in the app and was greeted by a nice young lady named Alexis, come to find out it was not ready because another employee named Barbara accepted the order then deleted it out of the system before Alexis could even make it. My husband was very Upset to see that Alexis has been up front all alone taking multiple orders on her own while the other employee named Barbara Was in the back Sitting down leaving Alexis to do all the work and would not come up front to help her. Felt really bad for the girl, you could tell she Was getting very overwhelmed as she appeared to be pregnant and had multiple orders coming in as well as a lobby full of people and Barbara refused to come help her!!
