The store is great for odds and ends knickknack items. The issue I have is with their discounts they have on the app and the online ordering process. I've been a few times this last two weeks and looked at the clearance items on the app. Nothing rings up in store at the discounted prices. We saw 3 different managers and one said that they price match with anything on sale on the app or website then the others said that it was an app only pricing so I would need to place an order and have it shipped for a fee or I need to place an order for pickup. I placed an order for pickup today and it says to wait up to 6 hours for pickup. I went to pick it up and they can't find any of the order because none of the items are on the floor and they seem to be somewhere in the stockroom that nobody can find. I don't understand how you can order on the app and wait 7+ hours, not get any notification and then they "don't/can't find the items in the back." You can't sell anything if its not on the floor. Read moreI've visited this location at least once a week since it initially opened and oh my what a difference a few months makes!! The employees are nice but the store has become disorganized and messy, there are so many empty spots where merchandise belongs, carts and stacks of boxes are everywhere with no one even unpacking them and they are just in the way. Unsure if it’s supply chain issues or what but the “electronics” area where phone cases and such normally are was totally bare, the T-shirts are a total unorganized mess, and the seasonal stuff in front is sparse and so messy as soon as you walk in! Sadly, it hasn’t even been that long since this store opened and it already looks pretty bad. In my opinion, if more employees were organizing and stocking the shelves instead of gathering at the front chatting with one another, the store would be a better representation of the 5Below standard, it currently seems to maybe be a leadership issue (or lack of).
