Ok I typed out this whole thing twice to submit on the receipt survey and it said "Page Not Found" both times. So that was super frustrating on top of an already disappointing experience. So I decided to share it in a review. I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked into the store today. I waited for 20 or 25 minutes because the 2 customers ahead of me didn't know that they wanted and took a long time to make their purchases. The only employee in the store neither acknowledged the people in line, nor apologized for the wait, nor thanked them for waiting. When I finally got to the front, she refused to give me the additional "saleonsale" 10% discount that is advertised online. Then she tried to spend MORE time gathering my personal information. No thank you, just put me down as Jane Doe. I don't have time for this. I do love the brand, but I will not be purchasing from this particular...

I have been a long time customer of this brand and spent a lot of money. Recently, I bought a pair of earrings and split in half. I went to the retail location to see if they could resolve it.

‘They told me what do you want to do’ just like that? Do you want to buy another pair? Because they may not just fix.
