There is good and bad. Went in for a manicure and pedicure. The technician who did my nails did a nice job and even changed the color when I didn’t like it at first. That’s the only good. a couple days later I returned to get the polish removed since my remover at home wasn’t working. I paid $5 for the hands and $5 for the feet to remove nail polish I had just paid them to do a couple days ago. The woman (different from who first did my nails a couple days back) who tended to me sat me down and it 20 seconds removed the polish from my feet and then walked me to the counter, when I reminded her I needed the polish on my hands removed as well, she just asked for my hands right then and there as I stood in the middle of the room with my daughter in my arms and took the rest of polish off maybe in about ten seconds. That’s what I paid $5 for? Regardless, I was disappointed to come home and find only the color was removed. Not the first coat which is still hard and completely stuck to my nails. If I’m paying to have everything removed you’d think they would have paid a little more attention and ensure everything was taken off instead of just doing it in 10 seconds in the middle of the room while I stood holding my daughter.

Then my daughter wanted to get her nails done which is a service they offer. The treatment they gave her was so disappointing. No smiles nothing. She got mad at my daughter for “moving” even though all she tried to do was simply offer her hand to the woman. She sat my daughter in a swivel chair and got mad at her for “moving” I have never seen a three year old sit so still. She just didn’t seem to enjoy tending to my daughter at all and it made me feel uncomfortable as a mother. Even my daughter you can see on her face in the videos was picking up that this lady seemed annoyed with it all. The next day, my daughters manicure washed off completely when she went to wash her hands. I had suspected they didn’t put the protective coats on her hands but then I knew for sure when I saw every single pigment of polish wash off less than 24 hours later. Something we paid $20 for. I found this salon because I was staying at the hotel across the street and it was in short walking distance. I initially went in for a gel manicure on a Thursday afternoon. They were busy, but I was able to be seen right away. The salon is fairly new and everything was very clean and pretty. They didn't try to upsell me on services I didn't request, which I really appreciated. The manicure was wonderfully done and the technician (I forgot his name, unfortunately) offered me a complimentary beverage while I selected my color. He was very friendly and patient with me as I changed my mind about my the shade halfway through the nail prep, ensuring I was going to be happy with my final choice.

Pricing was fair and on-par with what I'm used to paying at my regular salon. I was so happy with my manicure and had some extra time on Friday, so I returned to the salon for a gel pedicure. Again, I was able to be seen right away and was offered a complimentary beverage and the most heavenly massage chair I've ever experienced at a salon.

Bobby was very thorough, taking extra care that each step was done to perfection. The foot and leg massage might've been the longest one I've ever received with a pedicure (I'm definitely not complaining!) and was finished with a hot towel wrap. I can't express enough just how NOT rushed through this pedicure was; I really felt like I was pampered and the hour I was in that massage chair left me floating on air.

I wish I lived closer, as this would easily be my regular salon if I didn't live 2 hours away!...

I have been to this salon twice now. First visit I had Sébastien and he was AMAZING!!! His work is clean, precise and he truly care about every detail!!! Today I had an appointment for both my husband and myself at 11am (fill and a full set). His tech did a great job on the Execution of the design he requested but does messy work, doesnt clean up and didnt even seal all of thr nails so the chome has evaporated/came off. My tech (not Sébastien) did not either understand my request or care to listen. I tried to show her pictures, and tell her how I wanted it but she didn't seem to care. Once we get the fill, shape and base colors done she kept making the same dot pattern on all 8 nails after I requested 3x for her not to. Mind you I requested bubbles like you see when you blow bubbles 🫧 but she just kept dotting the clear gel over her first layer of dots. I told her I wasn't happy with them at all. She removed everything with a full attitude. My husband loves his and I just said I won't get anything other than polish after because of how uncomfortable I was by that point. She didn't even bother putting Cuticle oil on after she was done before sending me out.
