Silver Express — Local services in Bayonne

DO NOT go to this place, I bought a ring here and just after a couple months, the stone fell out of the metal. I went to have it fixed and at first it looked fine but after only 1 week, it fell out again. I returned to question why it happened and to see if something could be done and I was treated TERRIBLY, the service was just awful! They were incredibly rude, and even made jokeful and disrespectful remarks like, “if you buy a Mercedes and it breaks you have to pay for repare.” I absolutely understand this but not after it’s been ONE week and it was clearly a job not well done. A ring reparation is not supposed to fall apart after only after a few days - my only ask was for them to fix it. Spend your money elsewhere, where they actually sell quality products and value customer service not where they treat customers...

I stopped into Sliver Express to Buy a couple of gifts and to fix a few things ......the sales lady was very friendly and very helpful with my packages. She even help me with cute gift boxes 😀 Then the gentleman came to help me with some broken jewlery, I had to get fixed and he was very kind and helpful and told me my options and he even gave me a great price if I wanted to sale some gold✨✨

I definitely recommend everyone to stop by and get your gifts here too...
