WARNING- Check your items before leaving!* I purchased a candle warmer here on 11/24/24 which they had on display and seemed it would match my decor perfectly! When I got home and opened it up and set it up I discovered it didn’t match as well as I thought. I thought I was getting a black one but this one had a brownish tint to it more like an oiled bronze. I put it back in the box with the original packaging it came in and put it in my vehicle with the receipt to return. The receipt said they would accept returns within 60 days. Because I don’t live local it was a few weeks later 12/13/24 before I was back at the mall. When I took it in to return it and told them it didn’t match my decor as I had expected black and not a dark oil like bronze color. The inspected the item and told me they wouldn’t accept a return as it was a used item that they hadn’t sold that color in two years. The display was black and they opened another box and it was black as well. They tested it and saw that it worked fine and wasn’t used but simply wouldn’t return it. Now I’m stuck with an item that I paid over $40 for that doesn’t match. Very disappointed and poor customer service!!!! I’ve been shopping here for many years and never had anything but great service up to this point. It’s sad that they are selling discontinued items and not taking responsibility to make it right! I use to shop in this store before I was so rudely treated by the people who worked there. I'm a artist here in Columbus with designs in Prims magazine and I went in the store with some of my things to ask if I they would be interested. The little old woman with the short haircut was at the counter said the mgr. wasn't there and I asked to look at my things so, she could tell the mgr. about the. She rudely refused to even look. She said no, no. My second incounter occured with the mgr. herself. She came up to me and was very friendly at first. I explained that I was a artist and had my designs in another store. Well she didn't give me a chance to ask her if they would be interested in selling my ornaments. I not exactly sure what she thought. Maybe that I was in there to steal ideas. Who knows, I bought a few battery lights and small candy canes. As I stood at the counter with the salesclerk, she stood there she stared me down. Before you people treat someone so nasty, keep in mind this person my be one of the top notch craft artists in Ohio, with published works. I will never set foot in this store...

I have an arrow and sign hanging in my kitchen, and I bumped it and the whole thing came crashing down. The horse is not made anymore, and I spent all day looking for one. I stumbled across The Olde Farmstead website, and found the horse I was looking for! I placed the order online and received it within two days! It was perfect, and I'm so happy.
