This is the friendliest and cleanest AEs I've been to (San Francisco, Roseville, Sacramento, Portland, and I'm sure a few others - look at my ae account).
Management and the Bellevue world need to know: the team working last night, 03/20/24 between like 6-8 p.m. were the BEST!
Spoiler for the below review in its entirety: we came in to do a return and then go get dinner, but the team was so nice we stayed and I ended up getting $40 of clothes (clearance sweater and pants) and my sister got about $150 (multiple jeans and a sweater) AND she signed up to be a member, which shocked me.
There were two ladies - one greeted us upon walking in and one in the fitting rooms. Both were very friendly and helpful without being pushy.
There was one guy, who was working the register. He is the one who handled my return - the pants I had to return were sold out in the store, but he recommended checking out South Center and just overall was very knowledgeable and helpful. Because he was just such a positive energy, my sister and I ended up staying to browse from the good vibes.
The three of them kept that store immaculate even with multiple people shopping and trying on clothes, etc. They also managed to keep the checkout line moving, despite there being two people checking out to like multiple people in line. I waited for, I think, 2 minutes - MAX.
I wish I got all their names, but I hope management finds out the team from last night and recognizes them in some way because they won two repeat customers to this...
Read moreI’ve usually had an OK experience here and they have decent merchandise that also fit my not super-typical build. However this last time I was in the store, the store was very disorganized. There was not a lot of help from the staff and a huge line at the check out, while the cashier took their time to process each item in the slowest pace I’ve ever seen. To make matters worse after more than three weeks of waiting, I have not received the item they had to order for me in the store. I’ve called customer service and after long delays they’ve let me know that they made a mistake at the time of purchase, but even then they refuse to send me the missing item and they expect me to take the time off of my busy schedule to drive all the way to the store again and get a gift card as if a gift card would do me any good! It is so nice of them to offer me my own money in the form of a gift card for a store that I have no plan of doing...
Read moreUpdate 11/29/22: I was at the store to pick up some jeans and tops for my daughter the staff was very helpful and they helped me to purchase all the stuff I was looking for. The experience has improve in a major way compared to my last visit and I am bumping up the 3 stars for their excellent customer care.
