Came here with a friend who me and her had both spent over $200 each on April 8th, 2023, and both of the workers at the desk, Martha and Juan, were here just seemed absolutely unhappy to be working here and have 0 emotion other then maybe disgust and disdain. Like I’m literally concerned for their mental health. As I was checking out they both just talked to each other in Spanish and completely ignored me except for telling me the total, signing up for their points system, etc.
I asked the lady if there was any chance they had another dress in the back in a smaller or same size for my friend because the bottoms of the legs were stained with dirt, and she said literally nothing, scanned the item, flipped her little phone toward me just to again, not say anything, and have me look at the stock myself? Just super rude and I asked, “so does this mean there’s only one here in stock or what?” Just for her to say ya and and nod her head? I couldn’t tell if like maybe she didn’t know English very well or was just rude? Idk but regardless I felt guilt to be spending hundreds lmao, not the slightest “wow thanks for buying clothes here” feeling at all. The clothes we bought were fine and all but holy hell, get some new people who can at least pretend they give a f**k a...
Read moreThis store is problematic on pretty much every level. From the moment you walk in, the staff acts like they're too good to help as if they're rolling in the dough and money's falling from the ceilings with literally no more than one or two customers inside! Elementary School students would probably handle the cash registers better than the staff at this location. When using the app to retrieve Express Cash, they don't even have an idea about their very own app and how the points/cash work. They offer complimentary steaming yet will refuse to steam dirty, wrinkly pants if it's near closing regardless if you've spent several hundred dollars. Showed up once at 10am and waited until 10:17 before they finally opened their doors. Rediculous attitudes for no apparent reason. Their floors are filthy with dust and dirt everywhere and their dressing rooms are even worse, with clothing in ridiculous hung and unhung piles. No sense of cleanliness or pride. Aritzia next door would never treat their garments like that. Save yourself the headache and shop on the app or online, they'll overnight your purchases if you're in a hurry. Southcenter is much cleaner and nicer with better inventory and staff that are...
