The new neighborhood playground is a fantastic addition, offering not only fun and scenic views but also direct access to Washington Lake, making it a year-round destination for families. Nestled among towering trees with stunning vistas of the glaciers of Olympic National Park, the playground transforms with the seasons. In the winter, the unshaded sun casts a golden glow over the landscape, while in the summer, the lake access opens up a world of water activities. Children can enjoy a variety of play structures, including swings, slides, and climbing frames, while parents relax on benches, taking in the serene surroundings. The soft, rubberized flooring ensures a safe play environment for kids. In the summer, the lake becomes an extension of the playground, offering opportunities for swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding. Families can seamlessly transition from playtime on land to fun in the water, making it an ideal spot for all-day outings. The playground’s natural setting, combined with its access to water activities, creates a unique blend of recreation and relaxation. Whether soaking in the winter sun or splashing in the lake during summer, this playground offers something for everyone. Now, it comes with a playground, and it’s a complete outdoor adventure! 🛝💦

The park was amazing! The architecture was beautiful, the water was amazing, and the park is well maintained. I will definitely bring my family here often during the summer time! They have nice park benches, a playground, observation decks, a very nice beach, and showers! Not to mention an amazing view of Lake Washington!

Great views and access. Getting to the park involves a number of steps or ramps. It can be accessed without steps, but the ramps are still steep. I would estimate that it is ~4 stories of vertical height at 35° incline for half...
