One88 Condominium — Local services in Bellevue

The building and amenities were great, but the building's manager/management was awful. There is less than 10 guest parking spots and they routinely let their employees (maintenance man with the old red SUV I'm thinking of you) park there. All of my guests got extremely rude stickers threatening to have their car towed, even if they registered their car with the front office. My boyfriends car even got towed (costing him $$$) after registering his car with the front office. They had no set way of monitoring guest parking, it was clear, and were nothing but extremely threatening and rude.

I held a corporate event in one of the common spaces and I had to follow up with the building manager three times to get my deposit back. The 'formal' system of signing for said deposit was just a signature on a post-it note.

This is a wonderful building- class A construction (which means 100 years of longevity).

Comparably to other buildings I've worked on in the Seattle area this one is a gem. The floor plans are exquisite, the views are breathtaking.
