I’m going to talk about moles & skin things so if that bugs you, skip this review! :-)

We all know how difficult it is to get into a dermatologist in Western Washington right now. Personally, I have searched for over a year and ended up changing insurances all together just to be able to get in - i have had 3 moles that have been particularly concerning (and ugly) and had assumed it would take several appointments to even get a biopsy- they have seriously impacted my self esteem and I have seen countless PCPs with no real progress in an evaluation or a dermatologist referral that wasn’t 7 months booked out. But upon finally finding Dr. Zhao and getting an easy appointment, she performed a biopsy on all 3 and 2 more within like 30 minutes. It was incredible. It was fast, completely painless, and she actually listened to me and was attentive. She even found one more mole on my shoulder that she’d like me to keep an eye on and took a picture of it with my phone! Awesome service! Dr. Zhou is very friendly and professional and answered all my questions and address the issue very well. Very pleased with the treatment and service.Also just to highlight their awesome service and how welcoming they are, I forgot I had my made appointment with them and it was a 4pm appointment and I went in at 445(not proud of that) and was totally prepared to have them send us back saying it's absurdly late. To my surprise Dr. ZHOU waited for us and honored the appointment going past her clinic closing time. She didn't rush us and spent good time talking to us and listening to our medical concerns and provided satisfactory treatment. I can't thank both her staff and Dr Zhou enough for seeing us inspite of being very late. Totally recommend this clinic...
