dd's DISCOUNTS — Local services in Bellflower

Hello owner of Dds: I went yesterday Friday 03/22/24 around 6:00 pm to shopping I got surprise no body want to help 1- I ask for the bathroom they said is closed that's wired I been going to this Dds for 15 years they never said is clothed . 2- I saw a group of employees they keep laugh and talk together I ask one of them if she can help me to get the 3 big luggages bags she said no mam I can't help you .3-I went the register to pay I start by the luggages I the girls she ask me to hold every one so can scan it I told her to help me hold it on the desk because I have back problem and neck problem she no sorry I can't help you I said can you find someone else she said no mum 4- after the payment done she put every thing on the desk at least she can help me to pit in the cart she's not so every thing fall in the floor inside her place so I wait she can get it from the floor she's not and than I get little bit to get my stuff from the floor she star yelling and screaming at me too leave the stuff and get out, I purchase a lot of stuff and no body want to help at all Im very mad with the treatment that they give to me, very bed attitude all of them even the manager she was also with them with the same way I need to file a big complain ....

Wow SERIOUSLY? I rolled my eyes when I heard this store was coming to town, I decided to roll in out of boredom on Black Friday, and couldn’t believe how well stocked this place was. The prices were fantastic and it was comparable to Ross or TJ Maxx without the large selection of household goods but the clothes were fantastic especially if you like bigger sizes. The staff was on top of it. One lady kind of felt like she was spying me like I was gonna steal something but I get it in this area. But the staff seemed very friendly, especially the younger in Hispanic gentleman who helped me at the register! (I’m sorry I don’t remember your name, but you held my Guess leather overnight bag behind the counter for me ;) ) Anywho, I suggest stopping in especially for Christmas gifts. Bad stuff and bad service not respect the customer. I asked for the bathroom and I was standing in line for the checkout, so she asked me to leave the line and go and she will come to open the bathroom, so I did that and went and stood and did not come and she continued to check out the customers and leave me, so I went again and stood in line again for the checkout and I needed to go to the bathroom, and when I asked to speak to the manager to tell her what happened, she spoke to me in a bad way without apologize, without opening the bathroom then I left and they are always like this when you need to go to the bathroom you stand...
