Great service! I got an emergency call from my son that his belt broke at the buckle while he was at work. He needed me to find & buy him a belt for his pants asap & bring it to his work. Lol (he works at a restaurant & it was rush hour) I know. Funny but not funny. Lol Anyway with Covid-19 Panedemic & on a Saturday. Stores near me were closed early already. They all had closed at 7pm. I googled for a store that was open. Kohls was open! They were closing in 30 min. though. Off I went!
My experience at Kohl's was great! I had never been there to the store before. When I entered there were 2 employees at the entrance to greet you by the hand sanitizer station. A woman and a man. I told them it was my first time at their store & my son situation at work. I asked where the men's belts were. The gentleman employee started to tell me which way to go. Then said stopped. Said nevermind "let me take you to them instead. Follow me" How awesome of customer service is that?! :) Better still the belts were on sale! Buy 1 get 1 half off. They had a great selection too! It was huge! All quality made at value prices. So I bought 4 instead of one. 2 of which were reversible belts. Having multi function belts in the closet is a plus! Right next to belts on an end cap were Hanes Mens Underwear with the same deal. Buy I get 1 half off. Did my son need them? Who knows? Lol. Bought 2 packs anyway as I headed to check out.
Check out was a breeze! They had another employee guiding the waitline. Also registers automatically announced when one was opened for next customer. Check out were well staffed! Line moved quickly & smoothly. Making for a customer friendly atmosphere.
I was in & out of the store in less than 10 min. from start to finish! Another plus was the savings! I saved $69 from my total sales. Then on top of that! The cashier gave me a $20 Kohls Cash reward coupon that was earned from my purchases to use between certain dates. Very cool! I'll be back to cash that in & to sign up for their frequent shopper rewards program. As long as the customer service stays like what I experienced & the selection of merchandise is there. The store is kept as clean as I experienced it to be there last night. I'm now & forever will be a Kohl's customer at the Bensalem...

This corporation is totality provides terrible customer service. I bought a vacuum for $81 and received $10 kohlâs cash in return. I redeemed the $10 kohlâs cash on a purchase. However, I was not able to pick up the order during the snowstorm. Hence, the order was canceled, so Kohlâs reissued kohlâs cash. When I went to return the vacuum today, they offered a refund of $71 instead of $81. When I questioned this, the answer was puzzling. Customer service representative at the store said âit was because You used the kohlâs cash.â Well, hang on... My order was canceled and kohlâs cash was reissued but never used, so why am I being indirectly charged $10, and being forced to keep expiring $10 kohlâs cash? I asked to speak with a manager. The manager; Holly, I believe was her name, said âit was not possible to issue a full refund as their system does not allow it.â I asked the manager to reach out to the customer support and see what can be done. She reached out using their âCourtesy phone.â After explaining the situation to the customer service representatives, she handed me the phone. The customer service repeated the same message, âwe are not able to cancel the reissue kohlâs cash so we can not give a full refund.â I asked for the supervisor. He repeated the same thing in a very arrogant manner, âwe are not able to cancel the reissue kohlâs cash so we can not give a full refund. Our system does not allow it.â I asked, âwhat else can be done?â He replied, ânothing, we can refund the $71. You still will have that $10 kohlâs cash.â I replied before disconnecting in frustration, âso, indirectly, youâre giving my own $10 in form of expiring kohlâs cash.â This was by far the worst customer service experience Iâve had.
Overall, be aware of reissued kohlâs cash. Itâs your own money. Kohlâs system deliberately doesnât tie the reissued kohlâs cash and the old kohlâs cash... indirectly penalized the customer, and giving their own money in form of kohlâs cash with an expiration date. This entire system is built to lure average customers, who arenât paying attention to the details, and fraudulently penalizing them if an item is returned by giving them an expiring kohlâs cash. So be aware of this system...
   Read moreThe store itself is fine. Ive visited this location 4x all various days and times and the waiting time to check out is enough for me to never wanna visit again. I watched 3 cashiers and a line of probably 20+. I noticed the line was long when I got there, this specific time, so I counted and I was 17th. Well it took 40 minutes for me to get to a register.
One of these times I waited roughly same amount of time - 40 minutes - to return an amazon item. Just to be told there is a separate line and area to do that and not a single sign indicating that anywhere. That's just ridiculous and inconsiderate especially considering there is a huge sign saying returns at the front. Very confusing.
I understand the importance of good customer service but when you have a line backed up that far, cashiers(more than one) should not be spending 15+ minutes with one customer chatting it up. This happened multiple times throughout my wait and the staff made sure to be anything but timely. Unfortunately I will not be visiting this location again unless I am ordering something online and picking it up because this issue was consistent with every single visit.
