Perfect Nails — Local services in Bethel Township

I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt & delete my review since this was my first impression of them, but they proved me right. This nail salon has the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I came in yesterday 2/26 to get a full set & gel pedicure , with about 3 people in the store getting serviced they told me they would not be able to service me. Mind you the store closes at 8PM & I came in at 6:20. They told me they were working on the current customers and that they had someone coming 10 mins away… makes absolutely zero sense when the website and door say you close at 8pm. If you close at 8pm but ACTUALLY stop taking custom when it’s convenient for you, you should put that information up instead.

Despite this, I tried to give them another chance bc I really need my nails done for my birthday. This time attempting to make an appointment. I called today 2/27 for an appointment for tomorrow 2/28. They asked me if I could come at 7pm, funny bc I came at 6pm yesterday and yall said yall couldn’t take me. Hmm. Anyways, scheduled the appointment for the full set and pedicure. 2 mins after the call ended, I get a call from the store. Saying are you the one that left the review blah blah blah. Ultimately this resulted in them saying they now could not take me at 7pm tomorrow & that they could only do my pedicure, not my nails. DISCRIMINATION AT ITS FINEST. and believe me when I say your business WILL be getting reported. Me writing a review of my experience with these horrible people, should NOT result in them declining my services.

Tonight was it for me. I sat while a technician did my nails listening to another tech and a customer complain. First it was about the customers daughters dyed hair, piercings and tattoos. While I sit one row in front full of tattoos, with an unnatural hair color and guages in my ears. Then they started how poorly they treat their husbands. At this point MY husband who was waiting got up and sat in the car. I was sooo close to walking out. The tech that did my nails was okay. She took her time, but cut me twice. No apologies. Small place but very clean. Staff is friendly, some technicians are much better than others. If you prefer gel colors they claim they can only do gel colors on your finger nails and not toe nails. If you are going for a manicure/pedicure or a fill/pedicure and you want a gel color for both, forget about it they won't do it. They will have you pick a gel color for your finger nails and then waste a bunch of time trying to match a regular color for your toes. This is the 1st salon I have ever been to that claims they can not do gel colors for a pedicure, when most nail salons do. I have found another salon I like better...
