Blaze Teriyaki — Restaurant in Bethel Township

What I ordered: Teriyaki Beef & Shrimp (T8) (sub noodles for an extra 1) and Rock & Roll sushi.

Food thoughts: my meal was ready in 15 minutes, the food was HOT (yum) and the portion is HUGE (see pics and video)The beef and shrimp tasted amazing, the veggies were also delicious. The Rock & Roll sushi was OK. I’d try the sushi again just to give it another chance but I’ll probably stick to just ordering teriyaki! Also goes without saying I plan on coming back for sure.

The staff behind the counter were all very professional and I LOVED that they wore face shields while cooking or working the cash register. This part alone made me feel like those who are cooking care about the quality of the food and really pay attention. The cashier who rang me up was very thorough and asked me what canned soda I wanted and pleasantly informed me that the utensils, sauces and napkins are on the side.

I do NOT recommend the chopsticks they have only bc my experience is that the chopsticks splintered very easily at the bottom of the sticks that you pick up food with and put in your mouth. I switched to a fork to avoid getting poked!

You CAN dine inside but it is quite small! I’ll most likely only be going here for take out since it’s a very short drive from where I live.

I don't like doing a bad sounding review when the place is doing the best with what they have. So to me this place is definitely mid but I don't blame it on the staff I blame it on the ingredients they are cooking. With the name I really thought this place had potential to be great, the place is clean and has a good amount of options to choose from but for some reason I've been here about 5 times and I can't pin point where they just miss the mark. I think for starters they don't add an option to add some type of heat to your meal. To my liking the sauce is pretty bland and also thin and tasteless I had high hopes for this place but I just think I will have to look for another option. With that said try this spot out for yourself and leave a review I would love to see if I'm asking for too much coming from such an establishment with the great feel...

Appreciate the friendly service and efficient staff. Good prices and my fave is the teriyaki chicken with white or fried rice. Their lo mein noodles are also good and not overly greasy like other establishments. Their house special sauce is delicious.

Not many places nowadays that you get superb service with consistent, tasty food. Also love that their food is not greasy. Keep up the great work!! We’ve dined in and also ordered takeout at least 2 or 3 times. Everything is consistent, cooked quickly to order, plus service w/ a smile every time.
