Refrain from Making Unwise Purchases! We purchased three of the Van Gogh diffusers that connect to the air conditioning system. Within the initial year, we encountered numerous issues with these devices. Two of them completely ceased functioning. Their technical support team is highly incompetent. They were unable to locate my profile for several months and they couldn’t get them working through troubleshooting. I asked to speak to a manager on several occasions they wouldn’t transfer me. Instead they laughed and hung up. When they attempted to troubleshoot the devices on numerous occasions , the solution failed, and they suggested replacing the devices. However, they were still unable to locate my profile, preventing them from making the replacement! After months of speaking with various representatives, a manager finally discovered my profile and the warranty had expired. Well of course it did! They took months to even find me! After being unable to reach a solution, I discovered they have a store front in Beverly Hills! I contacted the store and spoke to a “manager” Jerry Sanchez. After 3-4 months of going back and forth with him, the only thing he offered was to sign up for their membership so that I could obtain replacements for the failed diffusers. I was content with that option. However, they wanted on running my credit to secure financing for it, what a joke. Who would risk damaging their credit for a scented diffuser? I declined that offer and asked if they could replace those $1000 Van Gogh’s diffusers with the less expensive towers called the Michelangelo360. Those are a 3rd of the price of Van Gogh’s. Jerry explained that he would have to ask his superior, that was three months ago. I called him a few times and left a message, no response. This mess has been going on for 2 years now! Therefore due to their terrible customer service and insufficient products, My next course of action is pursuing legal action against the company to get our money back! I have several celebrity clients I sell homes to, I will tell them not to buy these terrible products! I was beyond patient with them. I don’t have time to deal with this nonsense. The quality of these devices are subpar, I strongly advise against purchasing any of their products. Additionally, It turns out that Hotel Collection is the same...
Read moreDO NOT buy from this company. I paid $400 for the hotel scents and the Mini Pro. 24hrs after placing my order I then had a sales rep call me and basically say in so many words that the MiniPro is not that great and tried to upsell me. I cancelled my whole order on the phone with her that day because the call just felt dishonest. They still shipped the order telling me it was too late to cancel and that the order had shipped. When I got the package I figured I would open it to check it out. I popped open 2 of the 5 hotel scents to see what they smelled like. They were not good at all. I contacted customer because I wanted to return everything and they told me I could not return anything if it was opened and that they would be "inspecting the order" once it was returned. I still have the email. I was totally shocked. To top it off, the hotel scents didn't even work with the Mini Pro I ordered. Didn't see that mentioned on the website nor did the sales rep notify me of this when she called me to upsell product. These folks are total crooks. I have never ordered something that I didn't use and couldn't return. I'm totally out $400. Writing this review so it doesn't happen to...
Read moreI bought my da Vinci 2 months ago. After the first month The light in the front no longer works. I have called numerous times, left my sales rep Gracie several emails and voicemails. No reply. I bought mine out right for $599 with my first fragrance. Interesting enough my daughter and my eyelash lady both bought a van Gogh that both stopped working after a few months. I wanted my house to smell amazing so I bought a mini off Facebook marketplace, watched it work, brought it home. It also does not work anymore. My opinion is this place is a scam., Take your money and that's it. If you're one of the lucky ones that they actually answer, they replace the device. I'm gonna have a conversation with my American Express, it guarantees against businesses like this. It shouldn't matter what you pay for something, if you pay for it in good faith, it needs to be reciprocated with service and what you're getting. I don't recommend anybody waste their money on this device. It's the oils that you pay for. Just go on Amazon and buy a waterless diffuser that you can use your oils in, At least Amazon takes care of...
