We purchased a $60,000 Audemars Piguet watch from Westime on Rodeo Drive, and while the sales process felt smooth at first, the experience quickly turned into a major disappointment.

Both Wael and Zoee were very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Wael especially came across as polished and confident—he gave us detailed instructions on how to care for the watch and what to do or avoid. He spoke at length, and we felt so at ease during the interaction that we unfortunately forgot to double-check the paperwork before leaving.

He clearly stated in front of multiple witnesses that the watch was a 2024 production model, never used, and would include the original warranty card. Based on those assurances, and the professionalism of the staff, I even gave a 5-star review right after the purchase for how seamless the process was.

But everything changed once we returned home to New York and opened the box. The warranty card and certificate were missing. After a sleepless night, I contacted Audemars Piguet directly and even visited an AP boutique to find out what to do. They confirmed the watch was actually from 2021, and without the original warranty card—even if expired—it significantly impacts the watch’s resale value and authenticity. AP also told me there’s no way to reissue or duplicate that card. I crossed checked that fact online as well.

What started as an exciting and joyful purchase has left us feeling bitterly disappointed. The watch was misrepresented to us in a way that materially affected our decision to buy. We hope Westime will do the right thing and issue a full refund as advised by the AP representative.

I can't comment on this actual store, because I've never stepped foot inside, but this company is top notch. I had been searching all over the east coast for a particular Tudor watch. Everywhere I looked, stores were sold out and only receiving one watch every couple of weeks. The best I could do was get on a wait list at a watch store in NYC and hope to one day be called.

After exhausting my search, my last option was to shop via google and lo and behold, Westime popped up. I went onto their website, searched for this particular watch and not only found it being sold at MSRP, but I could add it to my shopping cart and buy it!

I had never come across Westime. So I looked at their reviews online and confirmed that this store did actually exist and did have several positive reviews from customers.

I purchased the watch on a Sunday afternoon. Two days later, on Tuesday before noon, my watch was being dropped off by UPS. I opened the box and was pleased to not only see this watch I had been searching all over for, but it was already wound with both the time and date set correctly. I was in disbelief.
