Burberry - Rodeo Drive Beverly Hills
I must say, my in-store experience at this location was subpar. I guess I expected a little more from a high-end store in the middle of Beverly Hills. My mistake, I’ve been shopping online for too long. My friends decided to gift me with a belt from their online store. The first issue was that the sizes online misrepresented the actual size of the item. The online sizes are the length of the belt -Whatever that means. It does not r elate to US sizes or European sizes for that matter. So my friends chose a size 34 for the purchase; which is my actual waist size. That ‘34’ size listed online has nothing to do with waist size.
Second issue is you have to have an ID that matches the purchaser, to pick up an online item. You can’t add an additional person to pick up an order. My friends weren’t able to p/u, so they called the store and spoke with an operator who instructed them to write an email with instructions (to the store) giving me permission to p/u my bday gift (a Burberry belt).
So I arrive to the store; I tell the rep that I’m picking up for the name on the order; they bring me the package and hand it to me without issue; the belt is now in my possession. I then decided I wanted to check the size. It did not fit. I asked if I could exchange it for a larger size and then that’s when manager, Linda Chae steps in. Now we have a problem. I have to show ID and proof of purchase. They did not except the email and we had to go through an exacerbated, unnecessary experience that has forever tainted my feeling about the Burberry brand, in a very negative way. Update – July 2025: I returned recently with my daughter, just planning to browse — and once again, we were blown away by the exceptional service, this time from Francesca. She learned that both my daughter and I have birthdays at the end of the month and went above and beyond to celebrate with us. Francesca took us up to the store’s private rooftop and brought out two glasses of champagne to toast our special day. It was such a warm, thoughtful, and elegant gesture. Francesca made us feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. Her kindness and attention turned an ordinary visit into an unforgettable memory. If you’re shopping at this Burberry location, ask for Francesca — she’s outstanding and truly represents the luxury experience at its best. Thank you again to the team, and especially to Francesca!

Went there three times for my coat trench repairing which I didn’t get in because their lazinesses. When I finally I got in and had my coat repaired, guess what? they fixed my coat in 5 minutes which it was absolutely a shame, they handed me my coat and I had a check, OMG! The threads were hanging out and I feel like I can swing on it, you can see the big ugly scar on the coat very clearly with threads on it. The tailors in store clearly don’t know how to do a needle work, I think I would’ve done much better work then them if it was me. Called the customer service and sent them a photo of it and then customer service centre called the store and then the store called me saying all in-store tailors was trained professionally by burberry, OMG OMG OMG!!!!!
