My experience at Chanel was one of the best experiences I've ever had. I visited on the Saturday after Thanksgiving filled with anxiety due to the reviews I had read on here prior to visiting. Was I dressed correctly? Was my SA going to be standoffish to me? How long was the wait going to be? Are they going to have good inventory? Will I walk out with something? Is this going to be a failed trip? I mean, my mind was RACING. My husband and I got there around 12:45 pm and put our name down on the waiting list which was only 20 mins. We waited outside, and someone came by about 5 mins after with water bottles which was a nice touch!
After a total of 15 minutes, my name was called! I wasn't THAT dressed up to be completely honest. But...who comes to the Beverly Hills Chanel without wearing something decent at least? I was wearing light blue trousers and a striped tee - definitely not fancy but not too causal outfit either. Anyways, I entered and was introduced to my SA, Adela, who was absolutely OUTSTANDING. I told her briefly what I was looking for but that I was open to anything. She immediately showed me the items that I wanted and more within my budget. She encouraged me to try on the pieces I liked multiple times to get a feel for what I may lean towards. She also showed me certain bags that were not my style, but acknowledged that she doesn't think it's my style but wanted to show me anyways. All in all, I spent about 2 hours here feeling fully content and walked out with an item I was head over heels with. Major shoutout to my SA, Adela. Highly recommend her! I'm not sure when I'll be back to this location, but when I do purchase from Chanel again, I would either buy it from Europe or Beverly Hills,...
Read moreI am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the treatment I received from employee(s) at the Chanel store in Beverly Hills. The sense of entitlement exhibited by your staff members is completely unacceptable and has left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer. This lack of fundamental courtesy and professionalism is truly dismaying.
Additionally, during our visit to the store, we were left waiting outside as though we were second-class citizens. The overall atmosphere of the store conveys an aura of exclusivity and superiority that is unwelcoming and off-putting to customers. No individual should be made to feel like a "peasant" while merely attempting to browse or make a purchase at a retail establishment. I firmly believe that the conduct of your employees reflects negatively on the brand and urgently requires rectification. It is essential for corporate management to take immediate action to address these issues and ensure that all customers are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve.
I sincerely hope that you will give serious consideration to this feedback and implement the necessary changes to enhance the customer experience at the Beverly...
Read moreI never write reviews but I had to come on here to give credit where credit is due. I came with my husband and teenage boys - I was not dressed to the nines, my boys were in hoodies and baggy jeans, we rolled up in our rental Mitsubishi car, and we all were still treated like royalty from beginning to end even though the staff had no idea what our intentions were i.e to just window shop vs. seriously buy something. From the complimentary valet, to personally escorting us out of the car one by one holding an umbrella over our heads because it was raining, I knew we’d be taken care of and I was grateful - my curls remained in tact! My SA Benjamin A was exceptionally fabulous, attentive, and patient. He offered and brought beverages to me and my entire family and stuck it out with me until I found a purse I loved. During small talk as he was cashing me out, I mentioned we were in LA to celebrate my boys’ bday and after he beautifully packaged my purchase, he remembered our chat and wished them a happy birthday as he saw us out. It’s these small gestures that add up to make the entire experience and ours...
