This was exactly my sentiment when an initial arrangement to acquire a Sky Dweller Rolex fell through when a family member spoke to soon and the watch I was promised went somewhere else. But fortune smiled upon me when I remembered a long-forgotten interaction with Geary's—a name I had given two years prior in the hopes of securing this exact timepiece. As a car collector, I understand the supply/demand dynamic and if you have the right attitude, it can become more fun than frustrating. But, As demand far outstripped supply, I had lost hope, until a spark of memory led me back to Geary's doorstep, so to speak.

From the moment the receptionist at Geary's greeted me over the phone, I'd been spoken to with a familiarity that one seldom finds in customer service. My story and aspirations were met with genuine interest and empathy, swiftly transitioning me to speak with Kelli, a name now synonymous with unparalleled support in my quest for my Sky Dweller.

Kelli was a revelation. Her expertise on Rolex watches and the nuances of beginning a relationship with the brand was nothing short of extraordinary. Yet, it was her demeanor—funny, congenial, and incredibly welcoming—that truly set her apart. Conversing with Kelli was akin to catching up with a dear family member; she was both professional and easy to talk too.

Although the Blue Face Sky Dweller Rolex will take a bit to come in to the store for my purchase,, my confidence in achieving this dream has never been stronger. I purchased my Rolex many years ago at this store. Unfortunately Rolex no longer have a service center in Beverly Hills so I was advised to take the watch to Geary’s (on Rodeo) who have an on site repair person . In the past at Rolex I could have the watch back in a matter of hours at most and they always went above and beyond. At Geary’s I was told it was a minimum of 7 days even if it was just a battery. As I was due to go away I followed up on Day 4 and was told the person I spoke with, that my watch could take up to 16 weeks if it had to be sent out and then given the runaround about the person who I had asked to speak to, being in a meeting. If my watch was going to take up to 16 weeks, I would never have left it as the watch is very precious to me and probably travelled to a city with a Rolex service location. Given the status of Geary’s I expected more. No one had even called to give me an update or estimate. I can’t say enough good words about Mike and the manager Robert here. I had a great experience working with Mike regarding the purchase of a Rolex Submariner. I first inquired with the store manager, Bob several months ago and expressed my interest in a few different models. Bob connected me with Mike and I am so grateful for their professionalism, knowledge of Rolex and excellence in sales. Mike was super helpful in reviewing the different options of metal, dial and bracelet for the various models. He is also a very genuine and friendly salesperson - which as we all know isn’t always the case when inquiring about a Rolex these days - so it was also fun to stop in the store and catch up. Fortunately for me we kept in contact and eventually the watch I was most excited for became available for purchase.
