I visited the shop over a year ago I met a very nice gentleman named Charles he had given me his contact and we touch base often on throughout the year I wasn’t quite ready to purchase my wife a ring at the time our anniversary was approaching and I figure I give it a shot I walk into the store immediately Charles and I reconnected and what a blessing that was Charles literally made the experience unforgettable he was so polite sweet and caring he was bringing me everything under the sun with respect and honor I had asked him if there was anything we can do special for our anniversary after I purchased the ring He said don’t you worry I’ll take care of it show up at 11 AM on your anniversary and it’ll be a surprise you both will never forget I trusted Him and went along with the plan they had us park in the back while I blindfolded my wife she had no clue where we were Charles then grabbed her and took her upstairs to a private suite filled with champagne and hors d’oeuvres along with decorations we were both in tears once we seen it he truly made the experience like no other we will both never forget this and keep the story from generation to generation trolls is literally number one I could’ve asked not only for a better salesman but now a friend. Hi, This is Ya Wang. My husband David (Tianxiao Yang) bought a HW ring 3 months ago. We contact the Beverley Hills salon and Eva was the one helping us. We made the payment through wire transfer. And the ring post to us. We have receive the ring but we haven't receive any receipt and GIA certificate. We can't contact Eva anymore because she left the job. We have been call the store for more than 5 times. Stuff said that the certificate will mail from NYC to store so that we need to wait! Since we been waiting for so long(3months) but didn't receive any call or e-mail from Harry Winston! I think Harry Winston is very luxury brand with good service. But I feel so bad about the customer service, because no one care about us after we bought the product. Every time I provide our information and the stuff help us to check our record but no one call back!!! I hope someone can contact me...
