THE BEST MED SPA in BEVERLY HILLS!!!!! Let me start off by saying that I have been thinking of getting a freshening for many many years and now that I am approaching 40 I took it alot more serious. I have been in the beauty and cosmetic industry for over 18 years and have had my relationships with many Dr's and medical spas, but NEVER in my life had I felt so compelled to actually have my work done as I did at iGlow Med Spa in Beverly Hills. I must say that NURSE NATALY GOLD is a true Artist (this takes alot coming from someone who is and artist jaded in this industry). From the moment I met Nataly I immediately felt at ease and comfortable, her consultation was no pressure and she observed the natural shape of my face and worked with my own look, versus having me look like somebody else. I have been to many other offices for my work to get their advice on injectibles that I should have done but Nataly suggested work that was simple and would have me looking refreshed, when others may have had me looking like a lady man. I LOVE LOVE LOVE her and FULLY TRUST HER!!!! Since my first consult where I had my upper lip volume increased with Juvaderm, I absolutely loved it so much that I came back a few weeks later, to have the heavy deep laughlines I had inherited over the years of being so animated erased. Also Valuma has left me looking younger, fuller and rejuvenated. While the Botox has relaxed (not frozen) my expression lines. and the PRP facial in a revolution in the industry that has me glowing, more full and more youthful, this facial is revolutionary, you have to try it to believe it.....

Warning about iGlow med spa in Beverly Hills !! This review doesn’t resolve the problem I went through and doesn’t return my thousands of dollars back , but hopefully it helps others to protect their body and money . Expect treatment and customer service of a third world country or even worse here.. ! If you are not happy with the results , nobody is trying to help you , or even listen to you ! Once your money is transferred to them , they are done with you ! And they have you sign everything at the beginning, because they know you will not happy ! I’m a skinny woman with some belly fat . I went to this place for EON to have flat abdomen ! They told me you are going to have flat abdomen in 4-6 weeks. In 2-3 weeks my belly got bigger ! They told me it’s normal … you need to have another session… spent another amount of large money for the second session and waited patiently for few months.. zero improvement ! My belly got even bigger . I messaged them , with almost no response. I talked to one of the managers for the first time after I started ( I never called to complain or anything). after a short conversation I explained to him very friendly that I look worse since the treatments started. he got upset and told me “you are just an unhappy customer and there is nothing I can do about this ! “ and then he said goodbye and hung up on me ! Terrible customer service! Very rude and unprofessional! I am speechless! I’m sorry that I trusted this office with my body and money . Don’t expect to get the care you might get in a descent place ! The customer satisfaction means nothing here ! Once your money is transferred to them , they are done with you! If you are happy with the results or not , it’s your OWN problem! I do NOT recommend...
