I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received here. They seemed indifferent to their customers and frequently gave excuses for trying to contact me. I have a complete recording of our conversations, which clearly shows how I was treated and the quality of service provided.

I specifically called to confirm my appointment, and when I arrived, they still claimed they could not see me that day. They inconveniently asked if I could come another day, but I am not available, and I no longer feel safe receiving services there. I do not wish to continue any business with you, including using the voucher I have.

I expect a full refund. Customers like me take the time to confirm their appointments, and it is unacceptable to be told on the day of the appointment that you cannot accommodate me. What part of this do they not understand? What kind of professionalism is this? I booked my appointment a month ago, and to be informed on the day of that appointment that it no longer exists is completely...

She stays ahead of the trend, and is so knowledgeable- but more importantly she listens. She hears my concerns, life changes, goals, and at the end of every appointment I come out with the hair of my dreams. She has been my hair angel for 10 years… and while I recently moved across country, I will fly back just to see her.
