I had an utterly disappointing experience with Remow, the so-called premium bags company. I purchased one of their brand travel bags in Rodeo Drive, California, the day before traveling to Dubai with high hopes of receiving a durable and reliable product. Little did I know that this purchase would lead to a nightmare.

Upon arriving in Dubai, I was appalled to discover that the bag's handle had become dislocated. Considering Remow's claims of offering the most durable bags, this was a shocking and unacceptable occurrence.

I promptly contacted Remow's branch in Dubai, expecting them to either repair the bag or provide a replacement, given the premium price I had paid. However, what I encountered was nothing short of incompetence and apathy.

Firstly, they informed me that replacement parts were not available, which is simply outrageous for a company that markets itself as a provider of high-quality, long-lasting bags. To make matters worse, they promised to order the necessary part and asked me to wait for a month.

As the weeks passed, I grew increasingly frustrated with the lack of progress. Remow's customer service seemed disinterested in resolving my issue and kept delaying any meaningful action.

In summary, my experience with Remow has been a nightmare of poor quality, false advertising, and abysmal customer service. I strongly advise everyone to think twice before purchasing their overpriced bags. You deserve better than the hassle and disappointment that Remow bags will inevitably bring.

I've brought several pieces of luggage in for repair/replacement over the past several months and everyone I've dealt with has been very patient and kind. However, they never contact me when the luggage is ready to be picked up despite saying they will. The other thing that vexes me is that I have to go here at all. I keep reading review after review that says Rimowa is a superior produce while also saying they had to get their luggage replaced or repaired. To me a superior product isn't one that needs to be replaced/repaired after only a few uses. I've delt with dents, cracks, broken zippers, and countless other things and this is all within the first year. Sure, Rimowa is light, but it's also easily damaged. I have a suitcase from another company that was 1/3 the price and hasn't needed a repair or replacement in the 5+ years I've owned it and I've taken it all over the US, Asia, Mexico, and Europe.
