Incredibly unprofessional store staff. I found that the sales assistant Gary Chang more walks catwalk around the showroom and probably poses posing for himself as an angel of Victoria's secret instead of helping the real buyers. He was a sale person for my purchase. But I was extremely surprised - he didn't scan the price tag on the checkout, just from the back office he entered the amount he needed, which turned out to be $ 75 more than the official website of YSL company. After my question to the store manager, the price returned safely to the official one. That is, i understand that prices in this store are coming up on the go. The terminal for payment does not support NFC technology and I could not pay for my purchase with my cellphone. And this is Rodeo Drive, luxury fashion area in California, 2019! Would give 0 stars if I could. Thanks to this store and the customer service I will no longer buy anything from YSL ever again. I was unpleasantly assisted by an associate named Marina, bought an item online so she was texting me “updates” if you consider her replying back hours later with NO information about your order “updates” then that’s what I mean by updates. Last text I sent her she didn’t reply until 4 days later I had to get assisted by another associate named Maggie, she was more help but unfortunately not sure on who’s end put in my address incorrect and my package has been delivered to a wrong address three times now that I had to personally go into a fed ex location near me and solve the problem. To find out this mistake was made on YSL and not FedEx end is embarrassing for them and can’t believe I got better customer service from FedEx over YSL. This location needs to get...

My husband and I have been shopping here for the last couple of years. Justin have been assisting us selecting wonderful collections pieces season after season. He is wonderful and knowledgeable about each collection. He always know when to call or send a nice card to my husband or I about our birthdays, anniversary, or special events. If there a piece we want that is not available at the Rodeo store he will track it down and have it transfer or delivered. It that kind of personal service that we value from Justin. We are looking forward to working with Justin for years and many more pieces to come. ...
