Rude and unprofessional salespersons. Horrible customer service and a very poor management. Never thought that a high end store would end up like this. I asked to try on couple of pair of shoes. First the rude French guy name Harouna brought the box of the shoes and left it there without telling me, then when after 10 minutes waiting I asked, the other salesperson told him to come and help me. I decided to get the blush nude heels but tried the black for the size since they didnāt have mine available in the store which needed to be ordered and sent to me. He took the box of the black shoes up front to the cashier without telling her that Iām getting only one pair of shoes in blush and after couple of minutes I noticed that 2 confused lost liberals were charging me for 2 different colors of the same shoes in 2 separate transactions. I stoped them right away. After 15 minutes back and forth since they couldnāt figure out what the hell they were doing, I asked for a refund because I didnāt want the wrong shoes to be shipped to my house. And guess what! They were giving me the wrong receipt at the end as I was walking out and I caught that too. These 2 morons need full training on how to deal with the customers. Madeline needs to learn to apologize instead of arguing when she messes up the order for the customer. I wish I could take a video of the whole thing and post it online. Never seen a clown show like this anywhere...

When we got home we noticed the inside of them were dirty, like toe crust dirty presumably from people trying them on. My husband cleaned the inside of them for me so I may try them on. I tried on a pair with socks over the soles for protection and only wore them in my closet for no more than 5 minutes. I needed to exchange the pair for half a size smaller. I called the store, they sent a shipping label to return. I returned the shoes and received them back stating they could not exchange them because they had been damaged. Damaged?! From wearing them in my closet just briefly? They sent them back with a note stating to contact customer service. I did and they emailed back stating the store would call to resolve the issue for us. Someone from the store called me and stated she knows I did NOT wear them outside because she can tell but no, they will not be able to facilitate an exchange. I returned them EXACTLY the way they were purchased, even cleaner than they were purchased. They are stating they would never sell those shoes (yet somehow sold them to us). So I now have a pair of shoes unwearable due to their incompetence and lack of customer service. Save your money, AVOID THIS BOUTIQUE...

I have been a customer of Neiman Marks for a long time but will never buy from them again - customer service is unresponsive, salespeople are only looking for their own commission.
I bought Christian Louboutin shoes from the fourth floor of Neiman Marks. When I opened the box at night, the bottom of the shoe was dirty and the strap was tearing.
The next day, I went to exchange, first they said that we don't have that size anymore and we can repair it, then when I asked for a refund, they refused and said that you used these shoes yourself and accused me of lying, so I left the shoes there. I bought the same model and size again from the Christian Louboutin boutique
Neiman Marcus customer service didn't do anything and worse, they didn't accept my words at all I preferred to leave the shoes there and go out My day was ruined by arguing with them I will never shop there again Walk a little further and make your purchases from the boutique of the same brand to receive...
