T-Mobile Authorized Retailer — Local services in Big Bear Lake

So I found out the hard way that these stores aren’t actually T-Mobile, so, if something goes wrong, and you call T-Mobile, they tell you sorry, can’t do anything.

It’s better to simply get your phones online through T-Mobile.

I went there to get the new iPhone, they told me my phone was worth x amount on trade-in. Even in store, they said it, but when I got the bill a few weeks later and saw the fine print on the paperwork. I realized they gave me much less, and ripped me off.

I called T-Mobile, they said they can’t do anything. I called the store, they said they can’t do anything. The manager offered to refund me the accessories, but he ghosted me, and I never got it.

Not sure if I was intentionally ripped off, or they are simply ignorant. But either way, I would Highly Recommend you avoid this store and buy everything online instead. I lost a few hundred from believing their lies.

Disappointing.

I was told from Cheyanna that my iphone 11 was eligible for a trade-in of $1,000. We did the paperwork, I paid nothing out of pocket, and later when I received my bill, was told that promotion was expired. My wife and daughter got more money for older phones the month before, and I was led to believe the promotion was still in tact by the Cheyanna, and made the deal as a result. I get that people make mistakes, but I am the one paying for it.

I will say Joshua the manager is great and trying to do what he can to help, but still frustrating taking someone on their word, and finding out a month later that the promotion they told you...

One of the two girls was very sweet so I hate to give one star. But the other girl, medium length black hair, nose piercing. Kept saying “this is so annoying, I don’t even know what to do, all I know is it’s annoying.” And then sat down and hit her vape? Inside? Was speaking about another situation that happened and literally cussed and used the F bomb? I mean I get it’s 2025, but that is wildly unprofessional and disappointing that this is my local phone store. I would hope T-Mobile corporate would care a bit more about the people representing...
