My daughter and I were in this store last night to talk to the manager about a hat my daughter bought a few years ago. The manager was so rude to us, was not helpful at all. She should not be working with customers, very poor customers service. If anything she should have been bending over backwards to try and help us. She’s lucky we even came in the store with what’s going on right now. She was too busy folding clothes to even look up and try and help.

The products are definitely of great quality, and the store is well-kept and inviting. The only problem I saw there today was the consistent disrespect some of the younger employees had against the employee with Down Syndrome who was doing a wonderful job greeting and helping customers. One of the bully employees actually said “I would be scared if I saw him walking up to me in the dark” among other disturbing comments after the person walked away. The clothes are very comfortable. The staff is great and very helpful. It's in a great location, downtown birmingham. I enjoy shopping in the store. I wish more stores like this will appear in Birmingham. The prices range from $8-$50 a shirt. Most of the markdowns are final sale which is annoying because you cannot take it back. And the store is very pricey. But its birmingham. Everything is pricey. Overall, i like the store and roots the clothing. I would shop here again.
