David and his team were always easy to reach via text, providing quick answers and honest guidance throughout the process. He taught us a lot about diamonds and helped us choose rings we will love for a lifetime!

I shared my vision for my engagement ring with Scott, and David made my dreams come true! I am absolutely obsessed with my elongated radiant cut ring on a yellow gold band with east-west baguette diamonds.

We also visited the store a few times to try on wedding bands. Based on Scott's profession - where he works with his hands a lot - David gave excellent recommendations based on what other men in similar professions choose. David also instantly knew what I would love—the first wedding band he showed me was exactly what I wanted, even after trying on several more!

My boyfriend and I were looking for an engagement ring and Gary was so helpful! We had not made an appointment and the store was closing for the day and yet he still spent the time (over an hour) explaining the intricacies of diamond shopping. We went back for a second consultation and Gary again spent over an hour answering all our questions and providing us with all the information we needed to make an educated decision on our purchase. He is very patient and diligent. They had very beautiful pieces available for viewing and Gary even informed us that if we had a specific design we wanted for the engagement band they would be able to make one for us!
