We waited 20 minutes to be acknowledged, after flagging down two different employees. Waited another 10 for n/a drinks and 20+ for some draft beer. The manager happened to be walking by when we asked about the beers. Instead of something along the lines of "I'm sorry for the wait, I'll go check on that," he rolled his eyes, got defensive and blamed it on the POS system. An hour for food and another 45 on top of that for round two of AYCE wings. The n/a drinks at our table weren't refilled unless we waved down the server yet again. When the food finally came by someone other than our server, they had no idea what they were holding, mind you they practically put it in our face rather than on the table. I literally scooted back because it was so close to my face so suddenly. The young boy running our food didn't know what he was holding so was politely asked to just set it down, he turned his head, rolled his eyes and dropped ranch on one of us. All over our lap, the booth and phone. Instead of rushing to help clean it up, he looked annoyed and took his time to grab a towel. Nonchalantly apologized once like we were the ones who had dropped it and we never saw him again. We paid the bill but asked for a receipt because it didn't add up and realized the n/a drinks aren't included in the AYCE. (Previously when we just asked for a water were pushed by the server to order a drink other than water because it wasn't an option on the handlhelp POS) I called the manager over politely just to ask about it. Just to let him know that the experience sucked and he should have better communication with his team overall. Especially about a promo going from $15 to $20. We had already paid the bill at this point. We just wanted to raise our concerns for the lack of teamwork, effort, and most importantly the accountability. The manager, who was very annoyed that there was any concern, as if his staff could never, deflected blame, lacked accountability and told us to leave because he was "going to fix it but not anymore." All while we never had an attitude or raised our voices, just had a simple question. He blamed it on "the way the service industry is". A few of us at the table, and I, work in the service industry. We understand. But this service and management sucked. We ran out of excuses for them after 2 hours. All while we never had an attitude or raised our voices, just had a simple question.
There for 2 and a half hours all waiting on service, drinks, and food. We are very understanding and just wanted to bring some concerns to management so that maybe next time it might be a little better.
Second time there and last time there. Save your breathe, and money. Eat...
   Read moreIf I was able to give this place 0 stars for everything I would. My friends and I had the worst dining experience humanly possible the other night. I am usually a very lenient and understanding person when it comes to food service, but we were treated so poorly I needed to make a statement about it. Me and 6 of my friends came for food and drinks, but unfortunately one of my friends never did get his wings and the rest of us were missing our sides. (Total items missing: 3 chips and salsas, 2 fries, 1 garlic aioli fries, and a whole order of 14 boneless wings). We made our server aware, he said he would get the missing items out to us, and it just never happened. 30-40 minutes went by before he stopped by our table the next time. He then came around with the credit card reader to make us pay, and deservedly skipped over my friend who never did get his wings. So my friend then left, and about 20 minutes later the server came back to our table and said we need to step up and pay for the coke and side of fries that my friend got (he didnât eat the fries because he was waiting to eat them with his wings, which he never got.) We were in a deep state of shock and obviously refused and requested that the manager come out. She then came out and acted like she was doing us this nice gesture by coming out to âmake sure everything was going okayâ even though it was us who requested her.    Read moreYou would think a place named "Wings City" would provide you wings, unfortunately that was not the case with my latest (and last) visit to this establishment. My good friends and I were here for well over an hour and I never received my entire 14 boneless wings order. A good portion of the friend group can say the same for their sides never being retrieved. The orders did not come out wrong, they simply just never came out at all. Our waiter acted sorry but then would scramble to the back room and not be seen for the last 40 minutes we stayed. One of my friends was eating ice cubes just to get in his water intake since a refill never became an option. The saddest part is they still expected a payment for the side of fries (without ranch) and the coke I got without my entire entree or chips & salsa, something half the table lacked. If this place cared about its business it would have a manager around watching and making sure things were in order. Well I was told she only showed face after being requested and I had left thinking I wouldn't be paying for my other items. The management of this place will cause it to only last a short time longer, which is sad because the food used to be very good and its in a really cool remodeled building.
