White Insurance — Local services in Black Mountain

Last year, I was trying to get medical insurance/coverage for my small medical practice thru Wes at Eben Concepts. I am a physician in the Asheville area. He was initially very responsive. After we had submitted all our paperwork by the beginning of February, he told us that our start date with BCBS would April 1st. In March, I had emailed him several times asking about HSA plans, cafeteria 125 plans, how will our premiums be deducted, etc. I never heard back from him. I copied my CPA, who had referred me to Wes, on the emails so they could be in the loop, and no correspondence. April 1st came and went and still no email, call, or letter from Wes or BCBS. My office manager called BCBS directly and was told by them that Wes never enrolled us. Once again, we tried calling him only to get his voicemail, which have always gone unanswered. I emailed him, the president, and vice president of the company last week to confirm that we were cancelling our agreement with White Insurance/Eben and still have not heard back from them. If I could give this place a zero I would. Very unprofessional. The lady basically told me she didn’t feel like doing her job because they were short staffed and didn’t want to write a policy. Even after I told her I didn’t mind waiting for a quote. She didn’t even let me explain anything about my business. She denied me insurance. She essentially told me to call my regular insurance company. I told her that someone had recommended this insurance agency, hence why I was calling them. Don’t waste your time with this company! Very inappropriate and completely rude to no end. She needs to find another job if she doesn’t want to do this one. I understand people are short staffed however I was willing to wait but she was...
