7 ½ years later, time for another review. They advertise they are open on Sundays from 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Went there to pick up a package, flowers my daughter sent to me. They should have been delivered to my house, but that's another story. Well, the UPS Store was NOT open. See photo. Yellow sticky note on door said "Closed. Power Out" The power was NOT out. See all the lights on inside as well as the TV screens blaring out commercials. Flowers are probably dead by now. ...... Was at the Black Mountain UPS Store at 3:00 on Sat, Dec 16, 2017, trying to ship a package for Christmas. Clerk said it would not get there by Christmas unless I paid for "expedited shipping" because "you know" they are backed up with all the Christmas mail and online shopping. He said it would cost $88 or $67 to get it to Missouri before Christmas. UPS Ground would have been $30. I...

Until today I have had nothing but professional business interactions with the staff at your store. I ship weekly now with the hope of it becoming more frequent as my young business grows. Some of my shipments are to return customers, so I have a good idea as to how much the shipping cost. Todays shipment to a return customer went from 17.90 to 26.00. When i asked the “manager” to check it he said it had been that much and instead of explaining what could be the problem he insisted that I was wrong and there was no way that i paid any less then what he said it was. The boys manner in which he tried to talk down to me was humerus but it cost you a customer, so do with this what you wish just advise him to watch how he talks to folks cause it might cost him more than a customer. They get three stars but only that many because Sean and Heather are incredibly professional, patient, fair and very dependable. The other woman there, I think her name is Lisa(?) was one of the most unprofessional, unpleasant, intrusive and downright rude service people I have ever dealt with in my long life. I believe she must be related to the area manager who was there the day she misbehaved (his response was even less professional). Only nepotism could explain why someone like...
