Starbucks — Restaurant in Black Mountain

This location is just not up to par. And it has nothing to do w their espresso machine being down 50% of the time. It has to do w the attitude of the employees. And it’s not that they aren’t nice (although they do lack a sense of concern for the customer). For some reason this is both the most highly staffed Ingles Starbucks I’ve seen yet also the most inefficient. There is a negative sense of urgency when it comes to completing orders and an over emphasis on cavorting w fellow employees. I am all for having fun at work, but not at the expense of doing good work for the customer. I will blame the leadship here and not the folks working behind the counter. A little guidance would go a long way as this customer is incredibly frustrated w my experience here - it’s unlike ANY other Ingles Starbucks I’ve frequented.

I will also mention that whoever does their ordering does not seem to properly project what they will need and what there will be demand for as they run out of egg bites two days into the week and frequently do not have butter croissants available at 10 in...

If I could post a review with no stars, I would. Upon walking into the store and taking my place in line (behind one other customer) I was met with a sharp, rude sigh, the most dramatic eye roll I have ever seen, and a bitter greeting of, "no, after him we are done." I travel all over the Asheville Madison and Yancey area for work and this is by far the worst Starbucks there is. I avoid gas station coffee because it's more akin to brown water than coffee and this Starbucks is no different. Even the dark roast with a shot of espresso is super weak.
