I came in on a slow day since all the students are mostly gone and I was looking for a Christmas gift for my mother. I walked in and was only glared at by the two ladies who were working. I realized I did not look like I shopped there, because most of the time I don't. I was expecting the normal response I had gotten that day from other stores which was a 'hello, how are you doing? Can I help you find anything today?'. I did not get any help from the two girls working there. Instead what I heard was them complaining about how they better get x amount on their gift cards from their boss and how they better get a raise after the holidays. I could not believe what I was hearing. I also used to work at Pitaya about 8 years ago, so I know it is protocol to greet customers and help them. I was completely disappointed with the customer service so I left and had not spent anything. I hope those two girls get what they want for Christmas considering they probably would quit if they didn't. (their words, not mine) Word of advice, greet all the customers, no matter what they look like. I had money, I was prepared to spend it, and great customer service would have helped with that...
