My family and I like to rate pizza with three criteria; 1. ease and accuracy of order, 2. pizza durability - how the pizza taste fresh, cold, and reheated, 3. ingredients and portion. ease and accuracy of order - Ordering online was easy once we figured out how to create an account; the font color was dark and hard to see with the dark background of the website. We ordered a pickup for a 22" pizza, half pepperoni and sausage, and the other half double pepperoni; with 2 arm sized bread stick sides. Parking and getting to the restaurant wasn't that easy due to it's location next to the college. Once in the restaurant, pickup was fast and easy. However, when we got home, we realized the order was incorrect. Half the pizza was pepperoni and sausage, and the other half was cheese. We tried multiple times calling the store with no answer. Sent a complaint through their website and still have not had a response. pizza durability - It took us a hot minute to get back to the car and drive back home, which by that time the pizza was no longer hot, so we cannot rate on the freshness test. That would lead us to the cold test. Crust was dry, hard and felt like gnawing on a piece of cardboard. We then reheated the pizza, one in a microwave and another in a toaster oven. Both softened the crust a little, but still dry and wasn't pleasant to eat. ingredients and portion - Sauce was very thin which probably made the pizza taste and feel dry. For the half of the pizza that did have ingredients on it, pepperoni and sausage; pepperoni taste was good, fair amount throughout; sausage was a cut link sausage that tasted good, but there was only three to five small pieces per slice, which are huge slices. The small portion of sausage made us wonder if the pepperoni amount was our double pepperoni amount we ordered. We will never know. Overall, experience and pizza wasn't that great. Update: raising to three stars. They did reach out to us today to correct our order. We will give them...
Read moreI ordered a pizza with my partner, went to my seat, and came back to being called rude by a very disrespectful redish haired worker, who had been rude to us in the past. My partner asked another worker an innocent question about getting a box to take home, but didn't hear the answer so respectfully asked him to repeat himself when this busy body came over and accused my partner of being rude and said that boxes were $5 extra. I was sitting at my table and had no idea any of this was happening, so I was blindsided by the red-haired female worker calling ME rude. She also verbally abused my partner when my partner was looking at the register by asking what being looked at. This isn't the first bad review for this worker by what I've seen here. I will not take being disrespected by someone, especially for no reason. She needs to be trained properly. Pizza was good, and this time, they had ice for the sodas. Obviously, they were busy, and my review won't matter, but let's get it straight. The worker was rude and in the wrong. I came up and was listening to the issue, and she called ME rude. What? Classless, and I will avoid this chain from now on before I actually become rude. My partner is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet, but doesn't suffer rudeness from others. I'm beyond offended by this behavior from a Goodfellas' employee. Very...
Read moreI came in with a friend on saturday night. It was really packed, and there was a long line. There was a young woman working the cash register. A larger guy making pizza, and a skinnier guy doing both. Some customers ahead of us were making their orders, and one of them went to get a table, as it was crowded. They were middle-aged guys and seemed nice enough. The guy waiting for their food asked the thinner, guy for a to-go box. The girl came over and got nasty with him and told him that boxes were $5 extra! The guy from the table came back up, likely to help get their pizzas and she called them rude, and asked them if they were asking for trouble. Mind you, he hadn't said anything up until then. I believe that I heard him ask for a manager, and she said that she and larger guy were managers and mention the district manager being around. She also cussed at the guys. This is really bad behavior and that girl needs to be trained on how to treat customers. I never heard anything rude from these guys. It was busy, and they asked for a to go box. What's rude about that? I won't ever go back there. Yes, I like the pizza, but that girl needs to lose her job! I keep hearing about the rude staff here, and there's something to this. Girl, you need to...
