Fine Dining has finally arrived to the mountains! And itâs delicious! Owners Brandon and Shawn have opened another successful and locally owned restaurant. From the moment you walk through the door you are met with exquisite elegance. The beautifully appointed decor and table settings give off an ambiance not found anywhere else in the area. We knew from the moment we were greeted at door that it was going to be an incredible âdining experienceâ and not an ordinary mountain meal service. The staffâs professionalism and level of service provided was impeccable. This was Graceâs second dinner service since opening and we were prepared for soft opening mishaps, there were zero mishaps. The entire staff was on their game and if we had not known it was a new restaurant, we would have thought they had been working together for years.
An important thing I have to mention is that Grace has an on-site butcher shop offering had cut and dry aged steaks.
Our party of four was pleasantly surprised when our waiter Sean arrived at our booth with four beautiful amuse-bouches from Chef Daniel. The single bite consisted of a spicy and crispy shrimp in a sweet chili sauce that delivered an explosion of flavor to our palates.
The pre-dinner rolls were hot, fluffy and seasoned with a savory selection of herbs and salt.
For our dining experience we chose the Cowgirl Ribeye, Filet Mignon and the Bourbon Dry Aged 50oz Bone-In Ribeye, we also selected the flight of four sauces to go with our steaks. Our chosen sides were Blue-cheese Mashed Potatoes, Sweet Carrots, Horseradish Hashbrowns and Dry Aged Beef Marbled Potatoes Confit. All of our steaks were cooked and seasoned to perfection.
Chef Daniel arrived at our table with with our Bourbon Dry Aged Ribeye Steak searing and cutting it table side. Our video says it all for his spectacular table-side delivery.
We selected two desserts to share from the many decadent choices. The Chocolate Cake and the Peanut Butter and Jelly Butter Cake. The chocolate cake was delicious but OMG the peanut butter and jelly butter cake had that WOW factor in taste and I donât even like peanut butter.
We will definitely be coming back. We will probably not go all out on the menu next time as tonightâs dining experience was an early Motherâs Day dinner and a cheat night from our normal diet. It was definitely worth the splurge of decadence and cash.
When you come to Grace please keep in mind it is truly a âDining Experienceâ and be prepared to take the time to enjoy it. Not until we were on our drive home we realized we had spent almost three hours at dinner. Itâs true, time flies when you are having fun.
I apologize for not being able to articulate how tasty every bite was however, our food tasted as good as my...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Grace Prime Steakhouse in Blueridge, Georgia, and it was truly an impressive experience. From the moment we entered, we appreciated the relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant maintained a high standard of cleanliness, and the comfortable booth seating offered a sense of privacy.
To start our meal, we decided to try all three of their salads. The Baby Iceberg "Wedge," the Whole Leaf Caesar, and the Gem Tomata, Buratta, Kalamata Olive were all delightful, but the Baby Iceberg "Wedge" stood out to me the most. The combination of the flavorful blue cheese dressing and the bacon jam complemented the Iceberg Wedge perfectly. Although I usually prefer a Caesar Salad, this one was so exceptional in terms of flavor and texture that I highly recommend giving it a try.
Now, let's talk about the steaks. We ordered two Filet Mignonâone cooked medium rare and the other medium wellâand two "John Wayne Cut" Ribeye steaksâone medium rare and the other medium well plus. I had the pleasure of savoring the Filet Mignon cooked medium rare, and I must say, it was the best steak I have ever had. Chef Daniel and his team truly understand the art of cooking steak to perfection. Each steak was cooked to the ideal doneness, boasting a mouthwatering sear, and every bite was tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor.
We paired our steaks with sides such as Broiled Asparagus, Creamed Corn, Butter & Garlic Roasted Mushrooms, and Mashed Potatoes. Each side dish was delicious and complemented the steaks wonderfully.
For dessert, we indulged in the Baked Alaska and the Key Lime Cremieux. Both desserts were bursting with incredible flavors, and the Baked Alaska even came with an impressive tableside presentation.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to our server, Chase, as well as Chef Daniel and the entire staff. Chase provided exceptional service, demonstrating great respect, extensive knowledge of the food and drinks, and attentiveness throughout our meal. The overall professionalism and level of service we received were truly appreciated.
In terms of value, Grace Prime Steakhouse is appropriately priced. I have dined at other establishments with similar or higher price points, but none have matched the overall experience and quality of food offered here. This review is honest and genuine, and I wouldn't hesitate to say if my experience had been any different.
God willing, I genuinely look forward to returning to Grace Prime Steakhouse when I am back in town. I can only hope to have a similar or even...
