If I had rated this company a week ago it would have been at 5 stars. But I just placed an order over $150 and it arrived well packaged but was missing one item and another was substituted in its place - something I wouldn’t have ordered - nbd mistakes happen. I called the store and the girl that answered said I’d need to speak to the owner. All I told the girl at the store was I was missing an item not that I had an additional incorrect item in its place. She gave me the owners number -Donna Harper-‘I left a voicemail with my order number and I was missing a black cherry and left my number. She called back. Rang once then sent me a text saying she missed me and to call back. The very first thing she said was how I got a great item instead of the one I ordered. I said yes but it wasn’t what I ordered and could she please send the correct one. She said it wasn’t their policy to send replacements and kept trying to convince me that somehow they had done me a favor by sending the wrong item. How much I would like it etc (remember I never addressed that I had a wrong item so how did she even know at this point - unless she filled the order herself and just decided to give me something else - finally she said she would refund me. I told her that was kind of silly bc I was just going to order the missing item and be giving their refund right back. Her attitude was terrible. I finally said this isn’t a me problem it’s a you problem and ended the call accepting that I would get a refund. I did. But have decided they aren’t the only ones who make infused balsamic vinegar and will be looking for another company to...

We happened upon this little shop after doing the Riverwalk. It caught our eye as we were walking by and we stopped in. Upon entry you are met with a beautiful display of oils and teas. We looked around for a bit & asked the sales associate (young lady who's name I can not remember. Sorry. But who had IMPECCABLE customer service) if we could sample any of the oils.

She was very helpful and well versed in the oils that we asked to sample. She knew of the flavors that were really good and the flavors that were not the best. She took her time to ensure we were able to sample all the flavors that we wanted and even talked about the different things that we could use the oils for.

She packaged up our items very neatly and provided a gift box and package and couple of items that we had purchased as gifts. I want to thank her for a job well done and the AMAZING customer service. Her personality really shines through. We ended up purchasing about 75 dollars worth of oils, some for our home and others for gifts for friends. The flavors that were hits with us were Dark Chocolate, Ripe peach, & Espresso.

I just learned the benefits of REAL EVOO (some brands you get from the grocery store are not truly extra virgin) so I was excited to visit here. The staff was friendly and very informative and was patient with all my questions. You can tell that they are knowledgeable and passionate about their products. The staff was very good to answer questions and make recommendations and could talk both about taste and health benefits (olive oil and vinegar are superfoods: food is medicine). The prices are good: yes, more than you would pay than for oil at a grocery store, but reasonable for what you are getting: high quality real EVOO. I got some high antioxidant olive oil, vinegar and whole olives. Definitely worth a visit if you appreciate good EVOO. Many locals were in there...
