The condition in which they send out their donations is shameful. It might be seconds but it shouldn't look like it. Half of what is given has to be disgarded due to damage. They hang their proud banner stating how many people they've helped with their donation program but you don't see the disgraceful condition of those donations until you're the one picking them up at night. Everything just thrown in a bag or two, mixed together with allergens and onion products. Pastries just clumped all together in a bag smash by other pastries. If they do stick them in a box, it doesn't change how everything is just thrown in together. They shouldn't be proud, they should be ashamed! But as my wife and I were waiting and watching the our order show "done", the staff behaved as though it never happened and we watched employees clean around us. Once asked the name we were waiting on, it was a matter of minutes that it was handed to us as though the delay wasn't even made. I admit this location is very nice and I can see why one would want to sit and enjoy a meal. Looks very cozy and contemporary in some areas while remaining "conventional" with some booths. Looking at the prices and seeing it MAY be made all in house, I didn't actually expect the prices to be so high since everything pre-packaged looked generic. I called, and the fellow who answered the phone basically said that I could come back and get it. (this place delivers--so why didn't he offer to send it out?) Anyway he also offered me a choice of cookie, small bag of chips or a baguette as an apology. Not very good customer service. Other restaurants who have messed up orders offer more "perks" to make the customer happy. I had to drive back in the pouring rain while my soup sat at home getting cold.
