Starbucks — Restaurant in Bonney Lake

I visited the Starbucks inside Target in Bonney Lake, WA to get a frapacino while the wife was waiting to pick up a prescription at the CVS pharmacy also located inside Target. While I was in line, I looked in the sandwich cabinet and noticed quite a few knat type bugs crawling over the sandwiches there. Maybe 9 to 10. I talked to the lead person there and told her about the bugs in the presentation case. She advised me that the food was just for display and not to worry. Just after I got my order I sat at the table there and a young woman came up and ordered two slices of the brown bread. The lead worker opened the cabinet and gave her the two slices and completed the transaction. That was when I recognized that the whole cabinet was one compartment. Now I know that the bugs are not trained to get onto only the food used for display. The bugs were able to go anywhere in the cabinet. This is a sanitation issue. These workers should have removed all food in the cabinet, then clean, ventillate and then restock with new, fresh food. I am disgusted. Do not buy food at this Starbucks! The frapacino was great. Starbucks has enough funding to have plastic replicas of the sandwiches they make rather that placing sandwiches in the cabinet...

Definitely one of my favorite locations but not as much as the lower Puyallup location off of 512 (but that's just cuz I like their question of the day, it's a nice way to start my day off and put me in a better mood. Funny how simple stuff does that.)

Anyhow about the Bonney Lake location... The Bonney Lake location is definitely something I would say that has a really good turnover time regarding getting in and out and also is pretty accurate with orders. I've only ever had one incident and I've been there multiple times enough to say that that one incident is probably like a good 2% chance out of 100% for error. The one incident wasn't even their fault and I just happened to get moldy blueberries one time and it was completely random.

This location always does well. The employees seem to be in a good mood and I do definitely have to say that the remodel seems to be beneficial both on the eyes and both in favor of the employees as they seem to have a lot more space to work and they seem a little bit more relaxed instead of bunched up together shoulder to shoulder. This place is definitely a tree and I recommend this as a stop if you're flying by through town on your way to work, etc. if you're coming from...

The two girls that were working were not very personable. The one at the register, did not greet me, just stared at me until I ordered. The other girl, that made the drinks, just slid the drinks on the counter after saying what they were... There was no smile, no have a great evening... Nothing. It wasn't like they were busy... There was no one in line. Poor customer service... Maybe...
