I order $29+ from 7/11 store today(Superbowl Sunday), with friends ready to get drinks and snacks from 7/11. My order was delayed and then I was told the driver couldn't locate my address. I've requested deliveries in the past, about 6 times without drivers getting lost and can't find my home address. I waited until 10 minutes over my delivery time. I call customer service, to be told that my order was returned back to the 7/11 store. I had to call for the status of my order. To find it was returned. I will never never request a delivery from 7/11 again. Now I got to wait 48 hours to get...

I went to 7-Eleven on 10/14/2022 to simply ask for change for $1 so that I could pay for my metered parking. K.K. was extremely rude and dismissive. He immediately told me that he couldn’t help without listening to my question. I then asked the cashier beside him to let him know what I’m asking for and she said “we can only give you change for $1”. I responded “that’s all I asked for because I’m trying to pay my meter. I handed K.K. the $1 bill and he threw the quarters on the counter. I wouldn’t recommend this store to my worse enemy. The employees are rude and the customer service...
