After years of great service using Bob's this past week of furniture delivery has been a nightmare. Our original delivery day was canceled at the last minute on a Friday, rescheduled for Monday. During delivery on Monday one of the pieces was broken, and we were forced to be home for replacement on a third delivery day later that week. I made dozens of calls to customer service and waited on hold for hours waiting for confirmation on the delivery, and was often waiting on hold for long period of time and the call was eventually hung up before anyone picked up on their end.
