Regrettably this is the closest Wine & Spirits to my apartment.

The workers here are all miserable! Miserable and lazy. If there was one other package/convenience store in the Neighborhood, this one would surely be put out of business!

Workers literally roll their eyes if more than a couple of us enter at once. You greet them 98% of the time, they won't even say anything back. If you say good afternoon twice after getting no response the first time, you'll get a nice fake tight one second grin.

Oh and their "Nips"... you have to buy the ENTIRE sleeve. They will NOT just let you buy a few. The Barefoot Wines that are $9 (1.5L) in most stores, even at Target, are $17 there.

If you fancy shopping while songs with the N Word and P.... word are blasting in the background, this is your place! 👍

If you ask them to help find a product you will get a head back eye roll to the ceiling as if people can't see them. If you go to the counter and one of them is on their phone, they will literally slam the phone on the counter and make loud breathing noises like you've interrupted their Sunday dinner or something. I've started to stock pile wine from Liquor Land at my apartment just to AVOID going...

Always opens late.

I enjoy the convenience of your store but your employees consistently open late. It used to be 10 minutes. Then 15 minutes. Earlier this week I waited until 10:35 before the store opened. This is on a week day you advertise you open at 10:00 am. Today, i waited until 11:30 to go to your store. Guess what? Not open. Even though on the lobby doors you have a sign posted that says you open at 11:00 am today. I've been trying to just go with it but I had to say something today. I intentionally adjusted my schedule to get to your store at 11:30 and was yet again denied. Either update your open times or have your employees open the store when. you say it will be open. Please. Ordered on Friday and called to confirm if i can pick up on Monday. Placed my order and it said it would be ready for pick up at 1130 on Monday. Took the T in, arrived a few minutes after 11 and they were closed. No problem I can wait but no need to be rude to me about it when your social media pages say you open at 11. On top of that  my confirmation said it will be ready at 1130. I called to see if maybe there was a mistake, dude said they opened at 12.
