We visited on a Wednesday morning in mid-June 2025 around 8:30AM.

This was the only parking garage that world work for us because they had a small number of spots for taller vehicles. We were driving our Honda Odyssey minivan with a Thule cargo roof top carrier and we were too big for all the other parking garages. We were staying just far enough out of the city that didn't make sense for us to try public transportation. Also the lack of a train station near us. We were in Randolph.

When we arrived we were lucky that there was one parking spot left for us. I want to say there were no more than 10 spots for oversize vehicles. The annoying thing was that our car was taller than many of the other cars there. Mostly trucks and passenger vans. We were just too tall to fit in other spots but wonder if some of those vehicles took the spots unnecessarily. We also parked there for about 11 hrs. So we paid the maximum rate of $42. Parking int he city is expensive and it is what it is. Weekend rates were $10 all day and evenings as well from 4PM and 5AM. But this wouldn't have fit our road trip schedule. The other annoying thing is that most the vehicles were the same ones when we left that evening. Not sure but many looked like they were work or commercial vehicles but it was a little annoying.

What we saw of the garage itself was pretty nice. Everything was very clean and well lit. The bathrooms were also nice. The pay station is just inside the little lobby area. The location was decent too. It was about a 15 min walk straight into Quincy Market.

Overall a great experience, price aside. We would not hesitate to park here again if we were visiting Boston. Maybe next time we aim to be there in the evening or weekends to capitalize on that...

Got stuck for 20 minutes trying to leave with the person at the gate having me take the elevator to go outside for the gate and while reversing to get out to go up and get internet the ticketer smirked at me and then after getting back and having it still not work and asking for help another person went into his office and he made me wait for assistance till after that person was helped. At this point it'd already been 15 minutes of not being able to leave while late at night with a toddler in my vehicle. After this the ticket master gave a very sarcastic "you're welcome" when I said thanks. I will never prepay for parking here again and if possible will be avoiding parking here at all. I should not be unable to leave when I have already paid and have proof...

Charged when opening/closing account. I came in on a Saturday to close an account and the employee stated that he couldn't assist and that only a manager could do so. He asked I return on a weekday and assured me that I wouldnt be charged. I returned on a weekday and the manager was not in so early. I came back after my shift ended and he did charge me for a whole days parking. I reiterated that his employee told me he wouldn't charge me, but Admasu Mekonnen stated his employee misspoke and did not honor his employees promise. I recommend you open/close any account ready to pay for the full posted rate when coming in. Please note from 0 minutes-30 minutes is $9 so even speaking to them...

parked with SpotHero on a weekend for 9 dollars. Had difficulties scanning the code on my phone during entry and exit. They need to change the scanner so that people can hold their phones in front of the scanner. The phone doesn’t enter inside the small slot in the scanner. One friendly parking staff came out and assisted us during the exit. parking spots are tiny but it was ok. They have a restroom at the lobby.

Super clean, $9 for all day parking on the weekend. Bathrooms in the lobby so that was convenient traveling with Littles. Nice 10 min walk to the aquarium in one direction and in the other direction a 10 min walk to boston common. Great location to do some shopping and sight seeing. Once you go up the escalators to the street there's a cute little garden area to walk through with a fountain.
