EBF is such a welcoming, comfortable place where the community of people are so fun to be around. The classes are so great and there hasn’t been a day in the 3 year and I have been going that I felt any type of disappointment. I met one of the trainers .. Kelli 2 years ago when I was searching for a someone to help me with nutrition. She helped me come up with a plan and really taught me that meal planning and eating healthy does not have to be stressful. After weeks of Kelli helping me with nutrition, I just knew that I had to have her help me with workouts and I really wanted someone (like Kelli) who I could run with. Who knew that Kelli and I would soon enough become best friends! Kelli is the most positive and motivating person I have ever met. Kelli is an incredibly smart individual and is extremely professional with any job you give her. Kelli trained me for my marathon and after 16 weeks I had never felt more prepared to crush it! Whether we are out running outside or I am taking Kelli’s classes, she is always so helpful and helps me with my techniques and skills and makes sure that I am doing everything correctly to avoid any type of injury. All instructors are welcoming & encouraging, and will help you if you have questions or need modifications. And the personal training is amazing if you're looking for 1-on-1 help!
Even though I love all the instructors, my favorites are:
Lauren Keenan - all-time favorite. she has the most creative classes, and she's encouraging, down-to-earth, and a positive person. She pays close attention to form, which is super important in my book, and is always looking for who she can help/motivate within the class. time flies in her class because she makes it challenging yet fun.
Alex Kelleher - new favorite. no-nonsense, encouraging, helpful when correcting form. challenging but creative classes. great playlists too!

Read moreHonestly it’s hard to put into words how important this gym is to me. I moved to the USA in early 2018, knowing only 1 other person. We now have what I would consider to be a large family full of friends who honestly, give me a reason to wake up in the morning!
Beyond the social benefits of this sanctuary, I train 6 days a week, sometimes twice a day and it’s partly because I love staying in shape but mostly because I can’t choose which of the trainers are my favorite... buuuuuut If I had to whittle it down, and it pains me to say because I love them all, I would give my highest recommendations to both Chris Nasty and Nano.
These guys have invested time both on and off the clock into making sure that I’m always pushing the boundaries of my mental and physical fitness. There extremely personable and I’m honored to have the opportunity to call these guys friends.
