Boston City Hall Plaza Playground — Attraction in Boston

A fun and modern playground in the middle of the city next to city hall. Glad they recently created this space. Has an epic slide for older kids. Two slides for smaller kids, though feel like they could have more structured for under 5. The water attraction is fun for the little kids and something I haven’t seen anywhere before. Plenty of seating space, greenery, and climbing structures. Also appreciate the rubber base for softer falls and a water fountain/bottle...

El Boston City Hall Plaza Playground (Cop Slide) es un espacio urbano muy original y divertido que se ha convertido en un lugar de referencia para las familias que visitan el centro de la ciudad. Está situado en plena plaza, justo al lado del ayuntamiento, lo que lo hace muy accesible y fácil de encontrar, además de estar rodeado de puntos de interés histórico y cultural. Lo que más llama la atención es su gran tobogán metálico, el famoso Cop Slide, que atrae por igual a niños y adultos por su diseño llamativo y su carácter casi icónico dentro del parque.

El área de juegos cuenta con estructuras modernas, seguras y bien mantenidas, que permiten a los más pequeños disfrutar de una experiencia activa en un entorno urbano que, a primera vista, podría parecer poco apto para ello. Es precisamente esa integración lo que le da un encanto especial: la posibilidad de pasar un buen rato de ocio familiar en medio del bullicio del centro de Boston.

La plaza es amplia, luminosa y ofrece espacio suficiente para descansar un rato mientras los niños se divierten. Aunque no es un parque enorme, cumple perfectamente su función y aporta un respiro agradable en medio del paisaje urbano. Muy buena opción para quienes recorren el centro con niños y quieren hacer una pausa...

Went there for the meme. Actually had a ton of fun. It's lit up enough that even though we didn't get there until around 9 pm we were still able to play. The ground is rubbery and soft and the cop slide is fun, though I imagine if we were there during the day it would get pretty hot, being metal. All in all, surprisingly fun even for a bunch of college students...
