Tasty Burger — Restaurant in Boston

Food is always great here. I usually get takeout and have had nothing but phenomenal experiences.

I decided to try and dine-in with friends and it was an… interesting experience to say the least.

I went 2 hours before a Red Sox game which probably put added stress on the staff with how busy it was - however, there were some pretty unacceptable service experiences imo.

First off, it was 87 degrees in the restaurant and we were all sweating nonstop the entire time in the restaurant. I’m not sure if the A/C was broken or what, but it was pretty miserable. after I waited 45 minutes in line, they called my name to which I went to the table by myself because the rest of my party (which included children) was uncomfortable waiting in the heat and crowd waiting inside the restaurant. I texted them telling them the table was ready, and as soon as I got to the table I was demanded that I cannot sit by myself to which I responded to the guy that the rest of my party were waiting outside and they would be inside in 2 minutes. I was told after that that he’s not arguing with me and I had to get up. So the rest of my party walks into the restaurant 2 minutes later, we wait about 5 minutes, get seated. Once we’re seated at the bar, the guy at the bar seemed the entire time like we were a burden to him. Constantly ignored, seemed pissed to be there. I get it’s tasty burger and I’m not expecting 5 star service, but when employees make you feel like a burden to them and like it’s your fault they have to work, it becomes quite an unenjoyable experience. With that said, food was great as always.

I’d recommend the management team takes a look at the service quality standards to enhance the dining experience. I probably won’t be dinning into tasty burger again - however I will continue to get takeout as that experience has...

The place itself is nice, fast service, food can be good if its not sloppy. The sandwich i ordered i asked for add mayo and it tasted sour like the mayo had gone bad, and it was so sloppy full of mayo but the rude lady they have working the service window is ignorant & unprofessional. The 1st time we visited we gave a few dollars for a tip on a 25$ pick up order and she said something like "chump change" as we walked away. The next time we ordered online for pick up, same lady working ofcourse when we picked up, we didn’t tip online since we intended to tip in cash when we got there and got good service, thats what a tip is for GOOD SERVICE. She decided since there was no tip on the order that yet again she'd be disrespectful and say my name as "c*nt-ney" when calling it out to hand over, my husband put the cash back in his pocket, took the food and left, we ordered 1 burger and a large fry to split - 44$ after online taxes & fees. The ignorance of people over the customers money they freely give to you. We will not be returning here until she's fired, hopefully that'll make the place a better place to go. The saddest thing is, were only in Boston for the childrens hospital, dropping thousands of dollars at a time for our childs medical care, losing wages and only eating once every couple days because we cant afford to pay Boston prices daily after alls said & done, yet still always tip. People shouldn't feel as if everyone in Boston is from Boston and made of money to leave huge tips, dont be an entitled jerk about it. Hello, I’m from Texas was visiting Boston for the first time with a couple of friends. I was attended by a (thin , caucation glasses lady and not sure she had super light blonde hair or silver)gave me attitude because she probably thought I was ignoring her. I have a hard time hearing and there was music and people chatting around. I ordered my jalapeño burger with a large side of onions rings. We all got our food and everything and I never received my onions rings which I didn’t care because they don’t it the Texas way 🤧 well I asked our waiter if she can just take it off my tab since we were there for a bit. She gave me attitude telling me I should’ve told her long time ago and why didn’t I say anything. Keep in mind I just stayed quiet and just said I mean it’s already late around 11pm close to midnight. She was giving me attitude and everything and I paid. My 2 friends heard her badmouth me under her breathe and used a couple F bombs on me. I just ignored it and paid and left. Will not ever be back ever and not worth the price and atmosphere.
