First, too expensive cost compare to the very short service time. Second, Nevertheless customer is on time, half an hour wait time without reason she was keep talking and laughing with the previous customer in Japanese. this is very rude and not considering next customer’s time. This is unprofessional manner and not acceptable. Third, The air environment is toxic always smells like strong perm chemical smell even wearing mask, it is hard to breathe. The room should be ventilated more often for the health. Fourth, unclean sitting area. Always hairs on the ground and on the chair... it should be cleaned more diligently before the next customer. Fifth, even though no shampoo service required, she still charges it anyway. This is dishonest treatment. Maybe she doesn’t care about some customer coming back to her. She doesn’t value nor respect our time and good patient manner. so we don’t like to give her...

Mie is very skilled with many years of experience. I can tell from the way she washes my hair and meticulously cut & perm my hair. I recommend air wave perm, but she does digital perm & regular perm as well. My perm lasts for a really long time about 6 months, but it depends on your type of hair. I have thin & fine hair. Mie manage to make it look full, lush, bouncy. I always trust her with coloring as well. All of her hair products & equipments are from Japan. My mom who is very picky, also likes her haircut & perm here. I highly recommend Mie Salon...

Can't be more happy with this salon. The staff was very professional, helpful, attentive and efficient. They answered all my questions over email very fast, and in person. They were very honest with the products I can use on my hair, in other salons they make u buy their products, this salon doesn't.

I got my bangs cut, trim and a Japanese straightening. They did all perfect. Also, they are so clean, they use clean towels with you, never use the same towel twice. They really give you a very high quality service.
