I can't say enough good things about the wonderful ladies at Pinckey Nails. They are always pleasant and truly care about their clients. I have some particular needs, and they are extremely accommodating. As an ultramarathoner, my feet take a beating. Going in every two weeks ensures that I'm not held back by tough callouses or ingrown nails. I'm pretty sure their good care is why I even have ten toenails, and none are black! As a weird side note, I also appreciate that this is the first salon where not one nail tech has made me answer nosey questions about my ethnic background and family history while I'm trying to relax. Disappointing experience here with the dip manicure I just got... requested "almond shape" and I got 4/5 layers of dip plus 3 full layers of gel on top to try to cover it and my nails look like chicklets and probably a quarter inch thick. Went there on a Wednesday to get gel mani-pedi for a wedding on Saturday. I considered just doing regular pedi to save some money but finally went with gel. Didn’t even last two days.
